We are very sad that you didn’t had a pleasant stay with us, but we want to clarify the following: 1 - Each house is different from one another and only ours and the next have a pool. There has never been a privacy problem and we never receive any complaints/recommendations for that from other guests. 2 - There was a hole on one of the pool boards made by the previous guests that we didn’t have time to repair immediately before your check-in which was right next to their stay. Unfortunately you did not inform us of what happened with your father, we could have had the insurance take care of his injury. 3 - About the pool chairs, has you said we talked about it on the phone and explained that it was broken so we had to throw it out and you didn’t seem to have a problem with it. The pool chairs are not listed in the house description items exactly because of these situations. We usually have two chairs and now some puffs but because they can be damaged and we don’t have how to replace them in time for every reservation they are extras and in your case we are very sorry that there was only one pool chair. 4 - There are several parking places in front of the house and more than 100 parking places nearby. 5 - There is a small eletric car that takes people up and down to beach. 6 - We use solar electricity for hot water, we have a water reservoir enough for 6 people however I explained you how turn on the water heater and you didn’t give any feedback that it didn’t work. 7 - About the towels your comment is completely untrue! We leave 2 towels (1 big + 1 medium) per person in each room closet, plus 2 medium per wc and the towels are to be used inside the house, not to be taken to the beach or the pool. We don’t understand the part of the reluctancy because you requested more towels and the next day the housekeeper went to the house to give you 6 more towels. —— We also want to state that it was said to us by the housekeeper that you didn’t respect one of the house rules and that you have smoked inside the house. Also you left the house extremely dirty especially the towels you asked for (some of them were on the floor almost black) and you left garbage all around the house. We have photos of this and the emails of our conversations available.
