About this property

Wonderful beachnear Holiday villa with private pool and barbecue place

The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- booking fee 51 €
- inscription fee 5 €/person
- bed-linen/towels 15 €/person/set
- guarantee 400 € (will be refunded 1 week after departure)

The rent includes electricity till 85 kwh/week and water til 10 cbm/week (more consumption is to pay).

Between October till may the expenses for electricity and gas are to pay completely extra.

Holiday villa close to the beach with private pool. A very well equipped and modern house.

All rooms are at ground level. There is a living-dining room (with air conditioning) with an open kitchen (with dishwasher), 3 bedrooms (each with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms.

Heating in winter about the warm-cold air-condition.

A barbecue is available for the tenants. Internet per wifi .

The house is in a central location, the sandy beach, restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

Dog keeping not possible.

Great villa in a fantastic location

A great villa in a great location. The beach is only 10 mins walk away, where you can walk for miles on very comfortable sand. The villa is spacious and bright. The pool is just amazing, clean and well maintained, ready to get in to cool down. Pool beds provided with cushions which is just great to sun bathe and chill. Gas BBQ facilities very easy to use. Inside the villa, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well provided with all utensils you may need for cooking. Any queries to the owner were answered really quick. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing beach type holiday. For opportunities for improvement, we found the villa not as clean as we expected. Some draws were left with items from previous visitors and with some dirt. Not the end of the world. The mattress protectors and bottom sheets felt a bit too low quality, detaching from the mattresses too easily. In one of the double bed rooms we had only a single quilt. This should have been a double, independent of being only one person sleeping in the bed.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Haus Casa Blanca. Das Haus ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Der Pool und die sehr gute, ruhige Lage haben uns überzeugt! 8min zu Fuß zum Strand sind unschlagbar. Wir kommen wieder! Auch die Hausbetreuerin Kerstin war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr gut erreichbar.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit einfacher Ausstattung (aber alles notwendige vorhanden), mit gepflegtem Garten und Pool. Ruhige gepflegte Umgebung (Golfplatz-Area). Fußläufig zu einem schönen, weitläufigen, feinsandigem Strand. Ein Leihwagen ist zu empfehlen.
