Sardinien ist eine Reise wert

Herr Medde, als Vermieter war sehr freundlich uns seine Strandtipps waren wichtig, das Apartment ist in einen hervorragenden Zustand ( Alter und Sauberkeit), Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung des Anbieters. Einige kleine Anmerkungen sind aber doch zu erwähnen. Sardinen wird hauptsächlich von Italienern selber als Urlaubsort gewählt. Somit war auch TV/Radio nur in italienischer Sprache empfangbar. Die Kaffeemaschine ist in italienische Variante vorhanden und ohne WIFi schmilzt das Datenvolumen des deutschen Anbieters, wie Schnee in der Sonne. Als Fazit kann man von einen sehr gelungenen Urlaub sprechen wobei die Städte Oristano und Boso sehenswert und die Strände auf der Halbinsel Sinis (von San Giovanni bis nach Tharros ein einziger Traum sind

L'appartement est bien situé pour visiter cette région .

Nos hôtes très sympathiques, nous ont accueillis en nous donnant assez d'informations pour que notre rencontre soit aisée. Nous avons trouvé l'appartement parfaitement soigné et très propre. Pour un couple il est parfait. Il est à noter que la mezzanine est peut-être d'un accès difficile pour certaines personnes. Quartier calme avec un emplacement parking réservé. Trés proche (500m) du centre et des commerces de la petite commune

Tutto ottimo

Casa moderna, pulitissima, dotata di ogni comfort. Proprietario disponibilissimo. Perfetto per famiglia e come base per godersi il Sinis e dintorni. Posizione defilata, ma a poca distanza da supermercati, ottimi ristoranti, Oristano e le principali spiagge. Consigliata!

FELICI E SODDISFATTI

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per 15gg in questo bellissimo appartamento, le foto sono veritiere, anzi ancora più carino, è arredato in modo semplice e funzionale, tutto nuovo, pulito. Si trova in una zona residenziale tranquilla, vicinissimo al supermercato Eurospin, nel paese di Cabras si trovano anche altri supermercati. Gianmario è una persona cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi problema. Consigliamo l'auto per spostarsi nelle varie spiagge che si trovano a 10/15 minuti di macchina. OTTIMAMENTE SODDISFATTI

Ottimo appartamento, nuovo, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Palazzina e quartiere nuovi e molto tranquillo. A poche centinaia di metri da supermercato eurospin, oppure a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro se uno vuole fare una passeggiata! Gianmario il proprietario e' una persona veramente gentile e disponibile sempre pronto a dare suggerimenti e consigli ma mai invadente. Ottima base per visitare le bellissime spiagge della costa di Oristano, a 10 minuti dalla zona archeologica di tharros e dalla penisola del Sinis e a 5 Km dalla citta' di Oristano. LO CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE! Solo un piccolo suggerimento... un condizionatore o ventilatore nella camera del soppalto per il resto tutto fantastico!!! Un abbraccio Francesca Andres Giorgia ed elisa

Appartamento in ottimo stato, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Inserito in un contesto residenziale tranquillo e di recente costruzione. Ubicato in posizione strategica ad una quindicina di minuti dalle più belle spiagge della zona e a 5 Km dalla cittadina di Oristano. Il proprietario è cordiale, disponibile, ospitale e reperibile in ogni momento per qualsiasi necessità. Assolutamente consigliato.

Gerne wieder / Siamo stati sodisfati

Die Wohnung ist wie sehr sauber und verfügt über alles. Sie befindet sich im Neubaugebiet von Cabras. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Mit dem Auto kommt von von Cabras zu den wunderschönen Stränden des Sinis. Wir kommen wieder. Die Wohnung ist eher für 2 Erwachsene ausgelegt. ************************************************ L´appartamento e moderno, e pulito come tutto il palazzo. Ce tutto quello che serve. I proprietari sono molto gentili e sempre pronti ad aiutare. L´appartamento e in Zona nuova di Cabras. Per una coppia l´appartamento e perfetto. Ci ritorniamo
