Located in a quiet family area and very close to the lower sea beach (30m) and Mediterranean Sea (100 m). The beach is about 20 meters, it is very safe and possibly higher quality bath lower sea for its clear water and its proximity to the sea canals connect more with the lower sea, besides its special protection environment to be near the natural reserve of salt. Along with urbanization's bakery, grocery store, ice cream parlor, restaurants, pharmacy. The Puerto Tomas Maestre is 5 minutes and also features entertainment and dining areas (Burger King, Opencor, pharmacy, restaurants, pubs terraces, ...)

Very happy with this holidays!
We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks ,we are absoliutly love this place ,we fill like at home! You have everything you need for your self catering holidays ! Comfortable bed ,good equipped kitchen ,nice big terassa with nice view ! All beaches 5 min to walk ,downstairs of the building you have your supermercado with very affordable prices !
We would like to say Thank you Very much for Pedro and Maria ! Wish them the best ! We recommend this place for nice ,relaxing and secure stay !

Nuestra estancia ha sido realmente buena. El apartamento muy limpio, muy bien equipado y acondicionado. La situación muy buena, bien comunicado y todo lo necesario en cuanto a comercios y demás muy cerca de la casa.Muy buena playa a escasos metros de la playa. La urbanización muy bonita y limpia. los propietarios realmente encantadores y atentos. el año que viene repetimos.
