Your cabin in the woods awaits you. As you enter this home, you'll notice the warm wood accents, abundant windows, and cozy furnishings, ready for an afternoon of relaxing while watching your favorite movie or curling up with a good book. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you'll need to whip up a gourmet meal. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats six.

On the mail level is a bunk room with a queen-over-queen bunk bed.

Head upstairs to find two additional bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a King and a private deck. Bedroom two has a queen bed, and the downstairs has a queen bunk. The owners take a lot of pride in this wonderful home, and it shows.

The outdoor deck is a great place to enjoy dining al fresco, complete with a dining table and gas BBQ. Or take a soak in the private hot tub after a long day on the slopes. Ready for more adventure? Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 4 adult bikes provided with this home. 

Family reunion? Great! Book this home along with our 2 Grizzly Lane home and have plenty of room for the whole family.

Great cozy spot in Sunriver!

I had to travel to sunriver for work. Brought my husband and 2 friends along to help. Loved being able to relax in the hot tub after a long day. Very conveniently located unit. Walked to get food and shopping! Thanks again

Spring Break ‘24 Family Getaway

Loved the location and perfect size for family of 4 adults and 1 extra friend for a night. Would be nice to have a small supply of ground coffee for at least the first morning. Also some travel size shampoo/conditioner as only 1 of us remembered to bring any. Loved the home, would love to stay again in the future!

The host was communicative and accommodating. The home was well-kept and comfortable. Cool rustic cabin vibe with updated fixtures. There's even an old speaker that uses the old 30-pin iPod dock connector, which adds to the vintage feel. We took full advantage of the grill and hot tub. There's a ton of outdoor living area that would be really great during the summer months. We have only a few minor things that keep our review below 5 stars, but which would not prevent us from returning. First, at any VRBO rental we've stayed at, the bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, etc. We wrongfully assumed that this would be the case, but it was not. No biggie - we just ground up some pumice stone and mixed it with pine sap, a mixture of herbs and spices from the cupboards, and the sylvia of a raccoon, and it worked out fine. The hot tub was fabulous. Water was hot, open night-sky views, jets worked great, etc., but it was missing one of the headrests, leaving bare posts with screw heads protruding, which are not immediately visible in the dark if you don't know to look out for them. This is something the property manager should address. Lastly, temperature regulation (February) in the house was a bit of a battle. The furnace in the place does a great job of heating the downstairs, but we found we had to really crank the heat and keep the master bedroom door open to let the heat in. Again, none of these issues would prevent us from staying again. We enjoyed!

Thank you for the detailed review, and we have to say, your DIY shampoo recipe may be the most creative solution we’ve ever heard of! We’re impressed by the resourcefulness (and slightly concerned about the raccoon 😉). We’re so glad you enjoyed the rustic cabin vibe, updated touches, outdoor space, grill, and especially the hot tub under the open night sky. It’s great to hear the home felt comfortable and that communication with our team was smooth and accommodating. We truly appreciate the constructive feedback as well. We’ll be addressing the missing hot tub headrest to ensure comfort and safety, and we’ll take a closer look at the temperature balance to improve airflow to the primary bedroom during colder months. Regarding toiletries, most homes provide starter essentials rather than full personal care products. For next time, we always have soaps that you can pick up at our office! Thanks again for the thoughtful (and entertaining) feedback. Summer Family Vacay Getaway

We had a really nice time in Sunriver. The location of the home is perfect and it comfortably slept all of us. It was very well stocked for all of our cooking needs as well. I would only suggest that it’s time for some updates to the interior of the house and definitely some better lighting as it’s quite dark. Not something that would prevent us from renting the property again but some updates would definitely add to our experience and make it a bit more comfortable. A great spot though!

Our stay at the property in Sunriver was excellent. I really liked the fact that even though it was so close, walking distance, from Sunriver Village it felt like you were away from the hustle and bustle. Really great property and will be returning.

Cozy Cabin in an Excellent Location

This cabin is perfect for a family or 2. The two upstairs bedrooms are spacious (1 king, 1 queen) and share a hall bath with tub/shower combo. Downstairs is a double bunk with another bathroom (shower only). The kitchen is well stocked with dishes as well as cooking oils and spices. Everything was spotless, including the hot tub. There was laundry detergent, laundry baskets, a pack n play, extra blankets... all the comforts of home. The only downsides: as with many mountain cabins, I felt that the lighting was insufficient in many parts of the home (aging eyes). Also, there wasn’t much floor space in the downstairs common area for kids to play with toys, etc. I love renting through Bennington Properties. Communication is excellent, supplies are well stocked, check in/out is a breeze and properties are CLEAN.
