Indian Lane 17 has the easy charm of a classic Sunriver cabin, tucked beneath the pines and made for family time. Warm, welcoming, and wonderfully spacious, this retreat gives everyone room to gather, unwind, and enjoy the kind of vacation that moves at a more relaxed pace.

The living room is the heart of the home, with vaulted ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and a wood-burning fireplace that brings a cozy glow to cool Central Oregon evenings. After a day of biking, hiking, or exploring, it is an inviting place to settle in, share stories, and enjoy a little time together.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready for everything from pancake breakfasts to family dinners, while the nearby dining area keeps everyone gathered around the table for meals, games, and conversation.

Main Level
The spacious king ensuite offers a private full bathroom and a quiet place to retreat at the end of the day. Two additional queen bedrooms share another full bathroom, making the main level especially convenient for families and multi-generational groups.

Upstairs
The loft is a favorite for younger guests, with six built-in twin beds that create the perfect setup for cousins, siblings, and friends. Nearby, the bonus room adds even more flexibility, whether it becomes a game space, a quiet reading corner, or a place to catch up on a little work when necessary.

Outside, the private hot tub invites you to end the day beneath the stars, while the gas barbecue makes summer dinners on the deck feel wonderfully simple. With bikes provided, you can set out along Sunriver's paved pathways and cruise toward The Village for shopping, dining, and an afternoon treat.

An in-home washer and dryer help keep vacation life easy, especially after days spent outdoors.

Indian Lane 17 is less about keeping a schedule and more about enjoying the moments in between: morning coffee beneath the pines, children claiming the loft as their own, afternoon bike rides, and evenings gathered around the fire. It is a comfortable Sunriver basecamp for making the kind of family memories that tend to stay with you.

Indian Lane 17 welcomes up to two dogs with applicable fees. No other pets are permitted.

Planning a Larger Gathering?
For family reunions or group vacations, reserve Indian Lane 17 along with nearby Indian Lane 10 and Indian Lane 2, subject to availability.

**Like many classic Sunriver homes, Indian Lane 17 does not have air conditioning. Fortunately, Central Oregon evenings tend to cool beautifully, and nearby rivers and lakes offer plenty of ways to refresh during the day. Think open windows after sunset, cold drinks on the deck, and an unhurried summer spent beneath the pines.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
