Welcome to Pioneer 7!

Imagine yourself in this Sunriver retreat! This cozy and comfortable home is perfectly suited for a family getaway or a trip with friends. The inviting living room features a classic wood-burning fireplace—ideal for curling up after a day of Central Oregon adventures. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, and the adjacent dining room makes it easy to gather for meals, games, or good conversation.

The home offers three inviting bedrooms: a queen ensuite with its own private bathroom, a second queen bedroom, and a third with a fun pyramid bunk bed perfect for kids or the young at heart. The queen and bunk bedrooms share a hallway bathroom.

Whether you're lounging inside or soaking in the private hot tub under the stars, you'll feel right at home. Step out onto the spacious back deck and fire up the gas BBQ for an evening cookout, or hop on one of the provided bikes to explore over 30 miles of paved trails throughout Sunriver.

With access to all that Sunriver offers—river floats, biking, and nearby skiing or hiking—this home is your basecamp for year-round adventure and relaxation.

This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply.

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air-conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice-cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow-paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

This rental worked well for us. We came for skiing bachelor and the hot tub felt so good after skiing. Home was clean, check in and out was simple, communication of property rental was super! Will stay here again.

Wonderful Sunriver location!

Probably our 3rd stay at this property. We like the quiet, peaceful location with tremendous views of pines from back deck. Very close proximity to Village center as well as serene south river running/bike trails.

Perfect location for our short multigenerational ski trip. Short drive to Bend and Mt Bachelor. Close enough to walk to Sunriver Village. House is beautiful and exactly as described. Would definitely stay again.

Fun long birthday weekend

We went to Sunriver for a spring break birthday celebration for one of our kids, it ended up being snowy and just beautiful! We had a wonderful time! The kitchen was well stocked and it was so quiet all weekend!

Clean as a whistle! Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Only down side: had trouble with the TV in the small bedroom. Poor ly written instructions. We would rent this house again.

Great Location and Pet Friendly

Perfect size for a small group with vaulted ceilings in the main room. Walk out the back to a paved trial leading one way to the golf course and lodge and the other way to the Village. Only issue is, with almost all properties in Sunriver, no fenced yard for the pet. Otherwise awesome property.

Birthday Trip!

Very clean, well stocked, and nicely managed. The living room was open into the kitchen which was great for our weekend to be with friends, no one was shut off from the group. Everything was clean, the hot tub was in great condition. Only note I have for the property is that the bunk beds are a bit of a pain. Maybe a trundle bed instead? Then there is no adult bumping their head and there would be the option for another smaller bed if needed. Other than that, the property is great. Would definitely stay again!

Great house

The house is very comfortable, clean and in good working order. All appliances work well. The living room is very spacious and easily becomes the heart of the house for family to gather. the beds are comfortable and the bunk bed is very functional. hot tub is well maintained and easy access from the living room or master bedroom. Plenty of towels and linens. Finally, the entrance from the garage functions well as mud room

Fantastic!

This house was wonderful. Having rented homes in Sunriver for the past 20 plus years we have decided that this side of Sunriver is the way to go. No more heading to the village market and getting lost in all of the circles. This is an ideal location for coming and going out of Sunriver if you are wanting to explore. It is also located steps from the trail that leads you to the outer part of Sunriver all along the river where you will often encounter less people. The kitchen is wonderful and stocked so nicely. Do not bring your favorite pan or knife. You will not need a thing. I have rented larger more expensive homes and have not has this nice of kitchen and stocked kitchen. Being that we did not want to eat out during the pandemic I brought food for five nights and had everything I needed to prepare nice meals The house was so clean and everything was in working order ! The water pressure was great and the bed was so comfortable. I have rented houses before and I have felt like a bit of an intruder, unloading my toiletries next to the homeowners, hanging my coats or putting clothing away next to the homeowners clothing. This house is devoid of any personal items and just ready and waiting for you to unpack. The owners have entirely dedicated this home to THEIR GUESTS. I connected to the Wifi and never once lost connection and not being techy I worried if they had a smart TV if I could figure out how to put in my netflix password but I did not need to . The owners have it set up for you to use. I suppose if I wanted to rent a movie that may have been different. The owners also chose to team up with the BEST management company Bennington. They are top notch in every way! My only concern is... after setting this up so nicely for guests I hope that the owners find time to enjoy this house! We will be renting this house again for sure. Thank you owners!

Perfect Christmas Staycation

Would have loved to have been able to say longer. Will definitely be returning at some point. The location was ideal for us. Even with snow on the trails, the walk to the mall area was not far at all. Kitchen was well stocked, house was clean and beds comfortable. Really enjoyed the chance to bring the family golden doodle too.
