Great home with lots of amenities, including A/C. Located on a quiet loop a very short walk to the shops, restaurants and activities at the Village at Sunriver. This home offers a 75" Smart TV in the spacious main living room. A sofa sleeper is also located in the living room. Paired with a fully-stocked kitchen and large dining table plus counter seating for 4, this home is the perfect location to host a family reunion. 9 Puma has increased accessibility features throughout the first floor (ask our vacation planners for more details). There are also expanded decks with comfortable patio furniture off the dining room and ensuite bedroom.

A landscaped backyard with patio is the perfect place to relax and socialize all year round. The driveway has also been expanded and can easily park 4 cars. This is a great house for all adult retreats or groups with kids. 9 Puma offers unlimited entertainment with 6 TVs and 2 DVD players. You will find foosball, air hockey, ping pong and bikes in the garage! There's even a sauna for a more relaxing experience.

3 King bedrooms are found downstairs on the main floor. The upstairs wing boasts 2 additional bedrooms, 1 with a King bed (new mattress March 2021) and the other with a Pyramid bunk, and a bathroom. With its own sitting area and television, the second story serves as a great bonus area for the kids! There are also two rollaway beds for additional sleeping.

Perfect for 2-3 families

Perfect home to gather families in Sunriver. Perfect location across the street from Sharc and walking distance to the village. Very well stocked kitchen and had everything we needed. We made good use of the hot tub and sauna.

We had an amazing time here. The fireplace key wasn't in the basket on the counter where they said it was and we never did find it but other than that we had an amazing time.

Great family house

We stayed here with our entire family. It had something for everyone from grandparents down to our 3 year old. There was plenty of space for kids and parents to have their own fun. We had a great time.

Sunriver mini vacation

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was what we expected and more. One main reason for choosing the property is we have a family member in a wheelchair. It was very accessible making our stay very comfortable. And large enough to accommodate our large family.

Great House with Excellent Location

This was a wonderful house, very clean, nice amenities, quiet but convenient location, and well stocked. The property management company was exceptional. We had one small issue with the hot tub not heating up the first night but the contracted repair person (Cody) made the extra effort coming out on a Friday evening and Saturday morning to make sure it was fixed an working to our needs. If the house included passes for the nearby SHARC it might be near perfect.

Perfect home for large group/ family

The home was just perfect for our family. We had 6 adults and 3 kids and each of us had our own room. The family room was spacious with an open floor plan. Kitchen was well stocked and had a keurig. Large sized hot tub. Within walking distance to the Village and across the street from the SHARC. Highly recommend this property and will likely rebook for a future trip.

Close to downtown sunriver. Kids enjoyed the games in the garage. Had everything we needed and enough beds for everyone. We had issues with the internet/tv but that’s not why we were there. Someone was sent out to fix it shortly after contacting the owner. Great stay!

This house is fantastic!

This house has everything you need away from home and more. Very comfortable and spacious. Teenagers were entertained day in and out with pin pong table, fuzz ball, board games, riding bikes and much more. As adults we enjoyed walks hiking and then come back to the house to relax in the hot tub and sauna room. Very nice house overall. Thank you!

Overall good experience

We had a couple a hiccups along the way but the property management company was responsive. Lock wasn’t programmed for us at the check in time so we texted the customer service number. They had to unlock remotely which was fine. Hot tub was green when we got there so the tech came out and drained it and it had to heat overnight. We got a credit for that. I would suggest a new filter for the hot tub since after 5 days of pretty minimal use the water was very cloudy again. Tech again came out to replace chemicals. The only other snag was the smart tv is not working for streaming (Netflix, Disney+, prime, Hulu etc). We ended up using an hdmi cable to stream from our computer. Again, tech came out and confirmed it was, in fact, the tv itself. The management company was responsive to each of the problems but it was time consuming. With a new hot tub filter and tv in main room, these issues can be resolved for future guests. Positives- great location. House layout was good because kids had their own area, back patio nice, nice bikes to use, ping pong, foosball etc. Two propane tanks were full, plenty of kitchen utensils, plenty of towels. Overall solid stay in a great neighborhood.

January 2020 Stay

Great spot for our large family gathering. The living room is roomy with lots of comfortable seating, it looks out onto the front deck and hot tub. The kitchen and dining room is well equipped and easy to cook for and serve a large group. One of the bathrooms is oddly placed being in an open area right off the kitchen and deck. Not private. Upstairs is chilly, especially the bathroom, no heat in there. That toilet seat was like sitting on ice at 3am! The three sided fireplace was a joy to have going in the living/dining/kitchen. We came to ski and watch the super bowl and we were very happy with the large flat screen. Great stay!
