Every bedroom has a private full bath. You can arrive last and still have a master! WiFi

Built with the idea of being the best vacation home you could find. Located across from Sunriver Village Mall. Short walk (500 feet) to Country Store for your morning paper and coffee drink. With all of this it's still a quiet location with lots of common area. The red roof of the Country Store is visible through the trees in the deck view picture.


We made the kitchen the best working and equipped possible. Stainless, dual fuel range, maple cabinets, granite counter tops and tile floors to dress it up. Tired of opening every cupboard to find a coffee cup? Open upper cupboards take care of that, just look. Lower cabinets and huge built in open wall shelves all pull out on rollers for ease of finding things. Pantry room just inside back door and adjacent to the kitchen for your supplies. Extra refrigerator and freezer in the garage for your use. No second Costco run necessary.


Good beds, great showers and entertained kids make for a great vacation. Game room has three dedicated stand up arcade games, pinball, 55 inch flat screen TV with DVD/VCR player, hookups for your console video games and 300 movies. Four extra sleeping pads in the game room. The kids will be dazzled. Recreation/swimming passes included.
A/C is a huge mini split in the living area. Just installed. High desert summer climate, hot days but cold nights, open a window.

The kitchen was fully stocked, with a variety of small appliances. My son is a professional chef, and he loves the gas stove.We all loved the living room setup. The dining room table accommodated all 10 of us.

This house was perfect for our family. With 4 small children, the location across from the village was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed the pinball machines too.The house was very well stocked, including a high chair and a stroller! The owner was very accommodating with check in and tips on things to do.

Close to the Village

Nice property. Great for a large group. Has lots of bedrooms, each with a bathroom. Centrally located within an easy walk to the Village. Has everything you need or would want… lots of bikes, a sauna, a hot tub, a game room upstairs with pinball and video games. Owner was quite nice and responsive. Highly recommended.

Peaceful yet accomodating

The linens and carpeting were a bit dated, but the accommodations worked well for the 8 adults and 6 kids (3-9). Very convenient that each bedroom has attached bathroom. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water for 6 bathrooms. The bikes were a hit, but had to rent 4 24” bikes as 20” too small and 26” too big for most of kids. The arcade games and juke box were a great distraction. Overall, a lovely experience.

Wonderful for a multi-generational get away

Our annual family vacation included Great-grandparents, Grandparents, Parents, & kids. The location made for an easy walk to the Village. The Game Room was an absolute hit and the living area was big enough for all 10 of us to enjoy. Thank you for great memories!

Great place for a large family gathering!

The property was just right for our multi generational group of 13. That fact that every bedroom also has a bathroom, is very handy. The house was very clean and very well stocked. The host, Craig, was super nice, and very accommodating. We plan to stay here again in the future! Thank you, Craig.

This property worked out wonderfully for us. The only odd thing was that the outside garbage cans were partially full from the previous renters. We arrived on a Monday and on the can lids it said that pick up was on Monday. So we really had to stuff to get all our garbage in.Everything else was great and the owner responded well to a couple questions that I had.

Great Location

The house was the perfect set up for our group. The proximity to the village is great and the game room kept the kids entertained. The only downside was the Jukebox didn’t work and the hot tub was out of service. The host was kind enough to refund some for the hot tub. If I could give a half star I would rate the house 4.5. All in all it was a great trip.

An exceptional multifamily/multigenerational spot!

This is an exceptional VRBO; location to markets, restaurants and Sharc is very convenient, over-the-top fully functional amenities, well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, laundry area, a dozen or more working bicycles, and so much more as is listed. We had eight adults and five children and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Wouldn’t hesitate to return, in fact as we went out the door for the last time my wife said, “I would consider buying this place.”

Why they chose this property

Huge lots with lots of common area. The map doesn't show Backwoods Lane. Backwoods is actually a 12 house circle with a huge island in the center. Great place for kids to play, Frisbee golf, hide and seek. Great area. Close to everything. You won't need your car. Sunriver Village is 700 feet away. The best location.
