The cottage is located in a typical Auroise farmhouse around a paved courtyard closed at the entrance of the village of Cadeilhan-Trachère. Barely 1 km from St-Lary (shops and ski resort), the service is one of the walks (viewpoints) for pedestrians who favor calm, tranquility and security.
Facing the Upper Aure valley then close to the legendary climbs of the pla d'Adet and the col d'azet (access to the Louron valley) and the ski resorts of piau-engaly (20km) peyragudes (25km), val louron (10km) and st-lary (15km). Mountain hikes to discover classified sites, lakes, ports, ... visits to museums, water mills, churches, ... and local gastronomy, ... Just over 100 m2 of living space consisting of a living room on the ground floor (fireplace and TV corner, dining room and utility room, bathroom and wc) 3 bedrooms upstairs (3 beds in 140).

Comfort, security: Modified farmhouse with an enclosed courtyard with access from the private parking by the barn where an airlock allows you to store skis and boots or other bulky items of your vehicle, firewood is offered, water potable too but the average cost of electricity consumption will be only 20 to 50 €.
Dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, flat screen TV, CD player, and storage are topical in this cottage.

Calm, nature, countryside: Quiet and secure site with proximity to shops 2km and hikes from a gite of course since our tourists from the agglomeration of St Lary and nearby villages come to draw their noses on our side road so pleasant for pedestrians.
The cottage is a set over 3000 m2; orchard, garden, private access to private parking, and enclosed domain with entrance from the street on the west side direct to the gîte or by barn on the south-east side and courtyard with terrace.
Possibility of using a plancha or even the barbecue at your disposal.
Garden furniture and relax with a deckchair for your idleness!

Hiking advice: There are many sites to visit and we can advise you based on your physical condition and or if children accompany you during the stay; from our Néouvielle via the department itself and our neighbor Spain and its sublime Aragon and our information to better move you will obviously make your stay more pleasant.
