This will be your private home during the time of your stay. Enjoy the private yard, Hot Tub, Game Room and entire house.

From your first inquiry, through planning, while you are our guests, and until your departure we are here to help you and make your vacation experience the best ever!

City Regulations:
+ According to Anaheim City STR Ordinance, guests are to sign a Reservation Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after the Reservation is accepted. Reservation Agreement includes check-in and check-out times, check-out list and other helpful information.
+ Max occupancy: Max occupancy 10 individuals including children and infants. (8 adults max) Adding additional guests after the reservation is confirmed may result in added charges. No additional guests are allowed at the home at any time, no gatherings, events.

+ Min stay: 3 nights

+ Parking: 2 cars max. in driveway. No passenger vans, RVs or trailers. Cars must not encroach into sidewalk. No parking on street.

+ City Mandated “quiet time” from 10 pm to 9 am. Outdoor facilities including Hot Tub, Patio, Garage game rooms, BBQ, Back Yard are off limits during these times.

+ Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to fines, civil actions and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation.

+ We reserve the right to decline a reservation which results in a 2-day gap in our calendar

+ You must be 25 years old to rent one of our properties

+ No Smoking, No Pets

Comfortable and spacious

At last minute check in there was some misunderstanding, but our host went above and beyond to set us up to be able set our stay last minute. We were so grateful for that being that we are a company in town for business and our goal is to make sure our crew had the proper place to rest at the end of a long work day. and this home had all the accommodation we needed thank you if we come back to town we will be definitely like to stay here again.

The children really enjoyed the game room, but only the television in the front room worked, and, in my opinion, there should be a light in the front. for when people get beck late at night. Other than that, it was a great place to stay, very spacious and clean.

Great family home for a Disney vacation

I was impressed with how clean the property was. Everything we needed was there. We took $7 Ubers to and from Disneyland. I wish we had a longer stay.

Good Location

This is a decent property, family friendly and close to the theme parks. Know before you go, they provide limited quantities of paper products and you can't use the hot tub after 10pm due to noise ordinace. You can hear the Disneyland fireworks from the house.

The property and neightborhood was good, several things that can be improve are smart Tvs a good working dryer and Iron, and there should be enough silver ware and chairs for 12 people .

The house could use some updates (some blinds broken, hot tub cover needs replacing, there was a major hole in the wall with plastic over it), but the beds were very comfortable, location felt safe and the house was clean. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Convenient location in Anaheim for Disneyland. It was clean. It fit all of us nicely with all the beds. However, disappointed because we emailed and called management the week we were there and no one responded. A few issues at the house. Glass on patio (broken patio door) and they replaced but shattered glass everywhere. Was afraid to use table in front room because it was very wobbly. Hot tub isn’t as nice as it looks. It works but there were black pieces from the head rest everywhere and nothing available to clean it out. Didn’t have all the supplies promised (no Kleenex and only one paper towel) and disappointed that they didn’t have any coffee since we got there late at night. Kuerig didn’t work and we bought a whole box that morning. Hotels even have a couple coffees! Beds were fairly comfortable but creaked anytime you moved. And we couldn’t get two of the TVs to work.
