La Marmotte La Norma

These demi-chalet for 4/5 people in parc du Petit Bonheur in La Norma. The chalet is located near the slopes. It is set against the forested mountainside with an exceptional view on the Maurienne valley. The chalet has two floors above a living room with sofa bed, toilet and kitchen. Front and side are provided with deck. Downstairs are two bedrooms with four beds (one upstairs bedroom with extra bed) and bathroom with thermostatic shower and sink. Boiler with ample water supply. There is good ventilation present in the whole chalet.

Spacious balcony around. Entre is a hall for skis. As a result, the snow and saving of material is possible wind-free. Children can therefore safely locked playing on the balcony.

Parking can be behind the chalet so that the running with a minimum of material and without any difference in height. Chalets La Norma are largely bought by Dutch neighbors that claim to proceed smoothly.

le chalet est spacieux , très bien équipé , la vue exceptionnelle sur la montagne .Très calme , l'entrée est très pratique pour y déposer chaussures , raquettes , manteaux . le propriétaire est très réactif .très bien situé . à recommander sans hésiter.

Chalet très agréable.

Le propriétaire, Ewoud, est une personne très réactive et notre séjour à la Norma s'est parfaitement déroulé. Le demi-chalet est confortable : il dispose d'un étage avec cuisine équipée et salon qui bénéficie d'un joli balcon surplombant les montagnes. Au rez de chaussé, il y a une salle de bain et deux chambres, dont une équipée de lits superposés, parfait pour nos deux filles! Le chalet est situé dans le lotissement "Le petit bonheur"' est qui est très calme. Il est cependant un peu excentré des pistes. En fait, il n'est pas très loin (300 metres tout au plus) mais cela monte! Et après une journée de ski ou une bonne raclette, cela peut être un poil fatigant de remonter la route à pieds... Mais au moins on est au calme! Et dans la nature. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette location et nous esperons y retourner bientot!
