An ideal place for your winter or summer vacation or to follow your cure.

Vacation rental in the mountains, in an apartment, on the ground floor in a quiet residence 200 m from the slopes (cable car).

30 m from the village square and the tourist office. Opposite the terms CÉSAR and BAINS du ROCHER for Cures and Relaxation Treatments in Thalassotherapy. 50 m from the Halles and shops.

Surface: 21 m2 - Small balcony with view on the Pyrenees and town center.

Many free parking lots nearby. Once installed, you no longer need the car, the location of the apartment allows ON FOOT IN LESS THAN 10 minutes to: shop, go skiing, follow your cure, go to the cinema, to the skating rink. The starting point of the hikes is located 30 m from the apartment.

The curists are entitled, for their stay of 3 weeks, to a reduction of - 20% on the amount of the rental (except school holidays)

Great location but a few issues

The location was great but there were a few issues with the apartment. One of the cooking plates did not work and the other one only worked in some positions. The hairdryer was not working either and the table was broken. The table got fixed while we were there but the other things did not.

appartement bien situe et optimise

petit appartement tres bien agence et optimise avec un equipement tres consequent par rapport a la surface. adapte pour des personnes a difficultes de marche et des enfants (dvd et jeux accessibles) appartement dont l emplacement permet de tout faire a pied. merci pour le mail avant l arrivee permettant de preparer le sejour.

Exigu, sombre, l unique fenêtre donne sur le mur de soubassement de la rue ,. Mal agencé. Matelas inconfortables. Cuisine de liliputiens, et il faut choisir entre ouvrir le canapé ou la table pliante. D une propreté douteuse. Le seul atout est son emplacement central.

Bonjour madame La surface du studio est indiquée sur l’annonce. Je vous recommande de louer plutôt un T2 une prochaine fois cela semble davantage correspondre à vos besoins. Vous évoquez avoir dormi sur le canapé alors qu’un lit 2 places se trouve dans l’armoire. Il descend grâce à un système de vérin hydraulique. Le matelas est un matelas de marque BULTEX remplacé il y a 2 ans. Quand la propreté je prend note de votre remarque vu qu’une femme de ménage passe après chaque location, je lui ferai la remarque J’espère tout de même que vous avez passé un bon séjour.

En arrivant il fallait que je donne un coup de balai.Mais rien de grave.

Je n ai rien a dire si ce n est que c est un peu petit.Pour une personne seul voir deux mais pas plus.J ai bien apprecie et surtout le calme.C est reposant.Nous n entendons pas de bruit.Je tenais a vous remercier.La prochaine fois je m y mettrais plus tot pour une reservation.En conclusion je recommande l appartement de Monsieur Martin.Je le remercie.

Great well located little apartment. Fits alot in!

This apartment suited us (2 adults, 2 kids) perfectly for a week's skiing in Cauteret. Compact and comfortable & well equipped, cellar storage for ski kit and an easy walk to the telecabine. Would stay there again.

un peu decus tout de même

Extrêmement contrarier car toute les photos ne sont pas du même appartement... La taille de l'appartement ... Minuscule pour une famille de 4, comme nous. Il est vrai qu'aucune superficie n'as était annoncer mais on comprend vite pourquoi. Dommage car très fonctionnelle même si les rangements sont minime. Super bien placé, en plein dans le centre tout à proximité, le calme de la route nous a surpris mais le bruit des voisins (pourtant 3 appartement en décaler au dessus) aussi.

La surface est de 18 m2 et il est bien indiqué dans le descriptif qu'il s'agit d'un STUDIO. En espérant que vous avez passé un agréable séjour tout de même.

bonne location

Appartement bien tenu, propre, agréable, fidèle à la description. Bon emplacement pas très loin du télécabine et en plein centre ville. Mise en liaison avec l'agence immobiliére pour la remise des clés très sympathique. L'agence est là aussi pour les problèmes tel que changement d'ampoules usagées via un magasin sans frais pour le locataire. Petit nota bene pour le propriétaire à propos du lit encastré, très confortable, il serait judicieux de fixer le matelas au sommier. En effet le matelas glisse en remontant le lit suspendu et quand il faut l'ouvrir il se coince sous les étagères avec le risque de les casser.

Très bien pour ma cure

Comme chaque année depuis 4 ans j'ai suivi ma cure à Cauterets. Votre appartement est idéalement situé à 2 pas du centre thermal. J'ai également apprécié de pouvoir disposer d'un véritable lit (et non pas une banquette clic clac comme cela a été souvent le cas) Dommage que tous les commerces ne soient pas ouvert dans la ville pendant la période des cures. Mais croyez bien monsieur que je reviendrai chez vous l'an prochain si vous louez toujours votre appartement.

Très agréablement surpris

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par cette location tout d'abord sa situation, prés de tous les commerces , des restaurants, de l'office de tourisme. La location par elle même est de très bonne qualité, très bien équipée ... nous nous sommes sentis dans un "petit nid douillet" ... !! Nous ne connaissions pas ce beau village de montagne. Nous y reviendrons assurément, pour une cure vu que votre appartement est situé juste à coté des thermes. Encore Merci

Super sympa - Appartement à recommander

Appartement très agréable - très proche du centre ville, on n'a plus besoin de la voiture - nous avons apprécié également la proximité des Thermes César ou nous avons suivi un séjour de Remise en Forme. Une adresse à conserver - Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine.
