Villa Il Castagno is a nice holiday home (160 sq m) with WiFi internet. The property can sleep up to eight guests comfortably in three bedrooms with three bathrooms. Conveniently located 1 km (3696 ft) from Sassetta, Italy in the tourist area "Grosseto - Maremma" and only 90 km (56 mi) from San Gimignano.

Guests have free access to a stretch of private sandy beach, located north of Marina di Castagneto (12 km far from the property). This is an area of about 10,000 sq.m. along the coast, a part of which is a fenced in botanical garden with plants, flowers and dune vegetation with an educational nature trail.
