A comfortable family home with everything you need for a successful, happy holiday. Just 5 minutes’ walk to the stunning Crooklets beach and surrounded by great pubs, beach cafes and restaurants. There is plenty to keep the whole family occupied, and if that’s not enough, learn to surf while you’re here! Play a round of Golf on the great golf course close by or wander into town and visit the varied shops and restaurants.
Comfortable 4 bed family holiday home with all the facilities you need to make your stay enjoyable.
The house features a large social Lounge/Dining room and a spacious fully equipped
Kitchen/Diner, leading out to an enclosed courtyard which is a sun trap for the majority of the day. A gas barbecue is available for use and secure storage for bikes/surfboards.
An upstairs bathroom and downstairs shower room, are perfect for returning from the beach. The four bedrooms are all located on the first floor, comfortably accommodating 8 guests.

Wonderful Seaside House

We had a fantastic time - the house is so close to the beach and is within such easy access of the town that it makes the perfect base for a holiday in Bude. The owners were incredibly welcoming and the house provides all of the comfort and facilities you'd desire from a holiday home. There was plenty of things for the kids to do and play with, and plenty for the adults too. The house was very well presented throughout, has great Sky TV options and excellent WIFI signal throughout. It has ample crockery and cutlery provided, alongside a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. We especially appreciated the eco friendly washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and detergent provided. Overall we could not have asked for a better place to stay while enjoying a family holiday in Bude.

Family Holiday

An excellent property in an excellent location. A well equipped house with all mod cons needed for a self catering holiday. Within easy walking distance of the 2 local beaches and supermarket. A good space to the rear for drying clothes and storing bicycles. Comfortable beds and evening entertainment (DVD's books and games). Friendly owners and neighbours, the provision of washing detergents etc was a nice touch. Overall a relaxing week away.

Fantastic holiday home - just a few minutes walk from the beach

We had a great stay at Agan Chi and felt at home the moment we walked in from the door - the welcome pack a lovely touch. The house had everything we needed for a very relaxing and enjoyable week and felt very spacious for the five of us. The property is perfectly situated in a lovely quiet residential street, just a few minutes from Crooklets Bay and an easy stroll into town. Bude is a wonderful place to visit and we couldn't have wished for a better place to stay - we would certainly love to return.

Lovely family home in great location

6 of us stayed (5 adults & a baby) and had plenty of room. Peaceful location close to both the beach and a short walk into town worked perfectly. House is well kept and clean. Janine was very quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay again. Please take note of message on facilities about bringing your own bath towels.

Lovely Property Very Close to Beach

Had a lovely relaxing stay at this house very close to the beach. The house is very well maintained and is well equipped. We would definitely recommend and may return. Chris and family from Tooting London.

5 minutes walk to the beach to the beach and
absolutely ideal for a families, surfers, golfers and beach lovers. Fab restaurants all close by and lots to do to keep the children occupied and happy.

What makes this property unique

Ideal family home, spacious, sunny, two bathrooms and the downstairs shower is ideal when coming off the beach! Large sunny and enclosed courtyard which is perfect for al fresco dining.
