Beautiful holiday home on the banks of the river Ardèche with private beach

This beautiful home is located in the spa town of Neyrac-les-Bains, Meyras, at 15 km. from Aubenas under a giant old bridge. Because the street ends at the house, ideal for children (no traffic!). The property has 4 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In the large living room we find a large fireplace, spacious table with 8 chairs and a modern kitchen (fridge, ceramic fire, oven, microwave etc.) with all modern comfort. Spacious laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Various lawns and terraces surround the house. Very special for this holiday stay is the "floating terrace" over the river Ardèche. The property also has a private staircase to the (+/- 25 meters lower) river Ardèche with its own private beach! Various cars can be parked on the site.
The spa town of Neyrac-les-Bains is very central for trips to the Vallon Pont d'Arc, the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the various caves (such as the Caverne Pont d'Arc), Lac Issarlès, the Massif de Tanargue, the Mont Gerbier de Jonc etc. On a clear day you can even see the Mont Ventoux!
