vaste appartement avec une très belle vue sur la plage

Très belle surprise, appartement située dans la pinède, à 2 minutes à peine à pied de la plage. Les rues plus animées sont à quelques pas, nous avons profité de la superette, des restaurants de la ville, et du club de plongée du quartier.Très belle expérience

Appartement un peu vétuste mais cadre idéal

L'appartement est situé à 2 pas de la belle plage de l'Estartit, place de stationnement privatif au pied de l'immeuble, et vue magnifique. Dans l'ensemble l'appartement est OK mais la salle de bains est peu pratique, très difficile de régler la température de l'eau, et la cuisinière au gaz pas très fonctionnelle. Dans l'ensemble excellent séjour. Aucune difficulté à signaler avec l'agence en charge de la gestion.

Vue magnifique, apparemment traversant E/O bien ventilé. Cuisine très pratique , chambres assez spacieuses grand séjour. Réparer les fenêtres qui ne ferment pas correctement. Sinon rien à signaler.

Très bien mais petites ameliorations pour sla sécurité des personnes sortant de la salle deau et

Appartement toujours aussi agreable. Cependant, il serait necessaire de trouver 1 solution pour que l eau ne passe pas sous la porte de la douche. Mon mari s est blessé, il a chuté et glissé sur le carrelage au pied de la marche de la douche à cause de l eau passée sous la porte. Mon epoux a eu beaucoup de chance de se rattraper avec le coude pour eviter de se briser les cervicales. A quelques centimetres prés sa nuque aurait tapé la marche et il ne serait peut etre plus de ce monde. Il faut vraiment modifier cela pour des raisons de securite des occupants. De meme que changer les pommeaux de douche et baignoire. Sinon , à part ce risque important lié à la douche, tout est tres bien. Les nouvelles peintures sont agreables. La cue est exceptuonnelle. Nous reviendrons l an prochain en esperant que ces petites modifications amelioreront la sécurité de la partie sanitaire.

Direkt am Strand. Schöne Sicht durch die Pinien auf die Insel. Leider Tag und Nacht laut. Die Toilette ist nur für sehr schlanke Menschen gedacht. Das Sofa und die Küche sind in die Jahre gekommen (Spülmaschine spült nicht so richtig sauber). Dusche funktioniert nur heiß oder kalt. Balkonmöbel leider unbequem und für 5 zu eng. Der Blick vom Balkon beim Abendessen entschädigt aber für alles.

Très belle

Location dispose de tout le confort, fournitures des draps est 1 reel plus. Tres bien situé. Plage à qq mètres, commerces, restauration... Jolie vue sur les îles Mèdes tres appreciable depuis le salon. Le balcon complet sur tout l appartement est une belle surprise. Tout petit ascenseur pour 1 ou 2 personnes mais il fonctionne donc ok. Parking privé face à l appartement est une belle surprise dans une ville au stationnement public très prisé.!!! Petite chose à modifier : indiquer dans l annonce le lieu exact de retrait des clés (agence CEIGRUP est sur une avenue non précisée), sur l annonce il s'agit de l'adresse du lieu de résidence. Surtout après des heures de route.... La présence d un aspirateur sera un plus ! Car vieux balai Avis general tres positif, CEIGRUP est tres réactif pour veiller aux bien-être des residents( petit problème chaudiere) , tout était réglé en 1 heure. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cet appartement.

Vacacciones familiares tranquilas

La ubicación es espectacular. La casa está muy bien distribuida y además la rodea un balcón en el cual puedes hacer prácticamente vida en verano. Este año han pintado y añadido utensilios de cocina, al llegar nos encontramos una bolsa encima de la cama de matrimonio y allí estaban las sábanas, el papel de wc, y utensilios de cocina. Al menos las sábanas colocadas, si más no, distribuidas cada una en su cama (5 camas de distintos tamaños), y cada cosa en su sitio, baño y cocina... Eso, y añadir tantas sillas como pax. aunque sean plegables, y guardadas en el armario, tal como vengo comentando desde hace años.

Encantados y esperando al año que viene

Tiene una ubicación magnífica. Es un apartamento con los elementos necesarios para pasar unos dias de descanso. Es el tercer año consecutivo, y los que quedarán. Es acogedor y cómodo. Nos encanta. Algunos elementos están anticuados. O rotos. Eso sí se podría mejorar, cuidando un poco al cliente. LAs ollas eran nuevas y parecían hojalata, se quemaron nada más encender el fuego. Tal cmo avisamos en la oficina, notamos una pérdida de gas, el tendedero estaba completamente roto y lo que nos quejamos cada año: por favor, que hayan tantas sillas como plazas en el apartamento. Sólo hay 4, insuficientes. De todas formas, así parece que son muchas cosas, pero la valoración es más positiva que negativa, de lejos.

PERFECTAS VACACIONES

la situación del apartamento, las terrazas que dan la vuelta a toda la casa, el mobiliario interior correcto. Reforma en la ducha, ya que el agua se desparrama por todo.
