Great apartment situated in a quiet and family-friendly neighbourhood. The location is ideal, only a 15-minute drive to the beach and a convenient store We highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

Nice spacious property with pretty much everything you need for a perfect holiday. It has a washing machine, dishwasher and a vacuum cleaner. It was a shame one of the lights in the ensuite wasn't working as it made it rather dim. Not too far to walk to the beach and many restaurants. Didn't use the pool as there were too many mosquitoes.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette résidence. L’endroit est calme, parfaitement entretenu, et la piscine est vraiment agréable pour se détendre. La proximité avec la plage est un vrai plus : on peut s’y rendre facilement à pied. Un lieu idéal pour se reposer et profiter du cadre. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cet appartement avec nos 2 enfants. Dans l'ensemble le séjour fut plutôt agréable, voici pour moi les points positifs et les points négatifs.Points positifs : - l'appartement est assez près de la mer, largement faisable à pieds avec des enfants- la clim est un gros plus car toutes les pièces en sont équipées- la place de parking attribué à chaque logement est aussi très pratique- l'appartement est grand, nous ne sentions pas à l'étroit à 4- le fait de fournir draps et serviettes ainsi que le ménage soit est vraiment appréciable - la piscine est plutôt agréable Points négatifs :- le lave vaisselle est je pense à changer, il ne lave rien, nous avons fait la vaisselle à la main toute la semaine meme après avoir bien nettoyé tous les filtres nous-mêmes ça n'a servit à rien- le wifi est très mauvais il fonctionne très rarement et le réseau est tout aussi mauvais - il serait bien d'installer un système dans la baignoire pour tenir correctement le pommeau qui ne fait que tomber, ce n'est pas pratique- il manque des ustensiles pour le barbecue- ajouter des ampoules là où il en manque- nous avons dû détartrer nous même la bouilloire qui était vraiment très encrassée Et j'ajoute que l'immeuble en lui même est très bruyant ...mais cela n'est pas du ressort des propriétaires bien sûr. Dans l'ensemble nous avons tout de même passé un bon séjour.

sehr schöne Wohnung

Sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in einer sehr schönen, sauberen Anlage. Lediglich die Anmeldung bei der Anreise/Abreise war nur in Spanisch oder Französisch möglich. Dennoch alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Wunderbar

Wir haben uns wohl und wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist angenehm groß und die beiden Balkone bieten viel Platz. Das Swimmingpool ist erfrischend und der Garten ist gepflegt und bietet viel Schatten und Spielmöglichkeiten (Tischtennis, Boule). L' Escala bietet alles was man sich im Urlaub wünscht - uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Bei der Kommunikation mit der Agentur ist es hilfreich Französisch zu sprechen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer schöner umgezäumten Anlage mit Pool und Spielplatz. Der Strand ist nicht weit weg. Auf dem Weg zum Strand gibt es Bäckerei und ein Spar Geschäft. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Die Wohnung hat eine zentrale Klimaanlage und einen schönen Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Schränke in der Küche waren leider nicht sauber. Ansonsten sehr schöne Wohnung.

Wonderful property

We loved this apartment. It was very airy and clean . It is in an amazing location. You can walk to the local beach and the old quarter. The pool is a great size and the garden area is a great place to relax. It was great that there was a table tennis table there too! Fantastic place to stay with a family.

Appartement bien situé, très agréable à vivre, partie collective (piscine, espace vert...) superbe, mer à moins de 10 minutes à pied, ville très sympathique, tout pour passer d'agréables vacances. Deux petits bémols, 1seul couteau "qui coupe", grille pain très vétuste, sinon tout le reste est parfait. Allez y les yeux fermés

Piso bien equipado y zonas comunes muy bien conservadas. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la piscina y el amplio jardin. Y de la tranquilidad de la zona. En 10, 15 min andando de la palaya de riells.

Fantastico apartamento a mejorar la limpieza y el mantenimiento.

El apartamento está muy bien, la piscina comunitaria es fantastica y la ubicación muy buena a 10 minutos de la playa pero en zona tranquila y con parquing. Los colchones merecen un cambio y habría que mejorar la limpieza y el mantenimiento. La canasta y el ping-pong de la zona comunitaria están en zona de sol todo el día sin sombra con lo que en pleno verano es practicamente inservible.
