Magnifique mais un peu difficile d'accès

Situation extraordinaire pour qui aime la vue, le calme et l'intimité. L'endroit est isolé et un peu difficile d'accès mais c'est le prix à payer pour avoir une paix royale. Hôte très accueillante et disponible. Posto stupendo per chi ama godersi una bella vista e la tranquillita. Un po isolato e accesso un po difficile. Ospite molto accogliente e disponibile

Tolle Aussicht

Super Lage mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Sehr schöne Terrasse. Ruhig. Das Ferienhaus ist komplett ausgestattet. Das Haus der Vermieterin liegt etwas oberhalb, man hört aber nichts. Es gibt 2 Hunde, aber auch ein Tor zum Ferienhaus, so dass diese nicht stören. Man kann schöne Wanderungen unternehmen. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 7 km entfernt. Die Anfahrt zum Ferienhaus ist etwas steil aber machbar. Man kann aber auch oben parken. Dann hat man ca. 50 m und ein paar Treppen vor sich. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche hier und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Tolle Aussicht!

Das Haus hat wirklich tolle Aussicht! Aber der Weg bis zum Haus ist ein Abenteuer! Wir haben uns auch nicht bis zum Haus runterfahren getraut! Und eine ganze Katzenfamilie hat uns etwas belästig, Essen vom Tisch geklaut, ins Haus reinspaziert. Ich habe ja nichts gegen Tiere, aber die waren besonders frech. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden und manche Kleinigkeiten sind nicht schlecht sonderns anders, deswegen geht man auch in andere Länder um einen authentischen Urlaub zu erleben.

Ospiti molto tranquilli ed educati ! Il tempo atmosferico non è stato molto clemente con loro che hanno dovuto soggiornare anche con forti piogge ! Questa estate deve essere nata una famiglia di gattini , non miei , che per fame si sono avvicinati troppo alla casa , spero di risolvere il problema

Traumhafter Meerblick!

Die Wohnung liegt ausgesprochen ruhig 200 Meter über dem Meer; von der Terrasse und dem Wohnzimmer hat man einen Meerblick, der süchtig macht und den wir wohl nie vergessen werden. Die Wohnung, die sieben Kilometer von Porto Santo Stefano entfernt liegt, ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist sehr schön.Mit dem Auto zur Wohnung nicht möglich.19%steigung.

Waschmaschine stand erst nach 4tagen zur Verfügung.Abfluss Aussendusche verstopft.Sanitäranlagen dreckig.Terassenmöbel katastropha! Gasherd undicht (Gasgeruch) Nicht empfehlenswert!

Schönes Häuschen in toller Lage

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und immer ansprechbar und mit vielen Tipps zur Hand. Der Weg bis direkt zum Haus ist tatsächlich sehr steil - wir haben unser Auto lieber auf dem oberen Parkplatz stehen lassen.

Fantastic get away

This is a wonderful place to "Get Away from it All". The house is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the views of the Mediterranean. Pick up your meal supplies in Porto Santo Stefano before driving up to to the house. I strongly recommend buying some fresh seafood from the piscateria located at the harbor. Kick back, relax and enjoy!!

Beautiful, secluded and calm place, overviewing the Mediterranean Sea.

The House is situated right above steep cliffs on the southern side of Monte Argentario. Its secluded location guarantees a relaxed, calm holiday. It is a little tricky though to get there as the small road to the house is narrow and steep. The house itself is well equipped as described. The view is astonishing. Outside the house, there are several areas to sit and relax (directly in the sun or in the shadow under a tree. Inside, there is a big room including a sofa, the kitchen and a place to sit. Thus, the house fits perfectly for a couple or a small family. Allessia was a very kind host.

Perfect Panorama and Location

It's all about the view. Standing on the terrace, the seascape takes your breath away. I say standing because the waist high hedge spoils the view if you are sitting down; I am short, it's true but my completely respectable height husband confirmed the problem. I suppose it is there to stop infants hurling themselves into the abyss (although surely good parenting could control that?) However, this is sheer nit picking on my part because I love to relax in comfort and look at the sea. And what a sea! You also get two islands to gaze at plus all the comings & goings of the sea faring craft, perfection. It's also about location and isolation. OK, not real, proper isolation because Monte Argentario is small and tourism prospers. In fact, it is 5 minutes from the main town on the "island that isn't an island" but you wouldn't know that because this is that rarest of beasts in Italy ... peaceful. Hardly any neighbours; the owner's house is quietly & invisibly placed nearby and there seemed to be another house below to the left, invisible but slightly audible. That is the equivalent of absolute silence anywhere in Italy. And of course because of Argentario's curious geography it doesn't suffer from the abominable coastal railway that plagues all other seasides in Italy. Inside, the house is surprisingly spacious for a little place. Our party of two plus Gelert the Welsh Terrier never felt cramped nor fell over our belongings. There's a ton of wardrobe space in the bedroom, the bed is more than usually comfortable and there's an AC unit, although we didn't need to use it. The bathroom is a good size & has a nice shower with good water pressure. In the main room, the large sofa is blissfully comfortable (some rental places have the worst cheap furniture but not here) and you can still see that fab view from inside, on the comfy sofa. For Brits, it is a bit light on kitchen utensils & crockery etc. We are used to having more stuff but it isn't like that in Italy, cooks are clever and use fewer gadgets. There isn't a microwave, which might bother some folks but not us. The fridge is spacious and there's a dishwasher too. The oven is modern, clean and simple but if you don't use the BBQ and pizza oven every evening then you don't deserve to be in Italy! Being bijou, there are no further rooms to review but it is worth restating that the house has Tardis-like qualities. Also, the owner made us a delicious crostata (apricot jam tart), yum! We will be back asap
