House of character, tastefully RENOVATED, QUIET, in the heart of the PYRENEES CATALAN

Located in a typical village in the Catalan mountains, away from the heavy traffic, the house, which can accommodate 2 to 6 people, is at the heart of cross country tracks (and pads) domain Capcir.

We are close to the family ski resort of La Quillane (5 minutes drive) and very close to the ski slopes of La Llagonne. The major ski resorts, Font Romeu, Les Angles, Pyrenees 2000 are within 10 km and a very easy access.

For your ski business (hardware and combinations) garage is available, equipped with a boiler it will allow the rapid drying of your business. We also pay sledges for your children.

You will appreciate the warmth of this property through the provision of a raclette, fondue and a timber device for the fireplace to relax after a day of effort.

A grocery store will be available (only seconds walk!) with very attractive prices and local products. Many farmers are also present in the village to stock up on fruits and vegetables.

For summer many walks available to you, explore the forest, wildlife, and many and varied activities, fishing, sailing, rafting, swimming, gliding, parachute riding ...... .. .
