Beautiful mountain cottage, 80m2 for 2 people plus toddler, located on the heights of a typical hamlet of the Pyrenees, nestes in the valley, overlooking the village, river, high-end services, backed by a another independent cottage, superb terrace of 16 m2 covered and sunny with views of mountains and pic du midi, large volumes, 2 rooms of 40m2 each, any comfort, huge fireplace, bathroom with bath and separate shower, pantry, tumble dryer, small enclosed garden, electric central heating, satellite dish with demodulator, TNT, equipped "baby cuddly" package cure 3 weeks.
the 2 lodgings Vallée de Nestes and Claou can be rented together or separately, 2 people and 6 people rate is identical but x2.

un endroit pour des amoureux de la nature mais....

Gite tranquille en pleine nature avec jolie vue sur la montagne et une belle terrasse couverte. L'accès n'est pas facile pour des personnes marchant avec difficulté car il faut escalader la roche pour arriver à la porte d'entrée. Pas de jardin juste un petit bout de terrain sans possibilité de s'installer.Il faudrait revoir le rangement au dessus de la chambre qui n'est pas agréable à voir, changer le sèche cheveux et vérifier toutes les ampoules électriques avant l'arrivée des locataires. Problème de fuite d'eau au RDC après chaque douche au 1er étage. Félix le chat d'une voisine vous tiendra compagnie pendant toutes vos vacances.

Todo perfecto. Algunos usuarios se quejaron de que la casa era fria, nosotros, que estuvimos en invierno, no tenemos quejas al respecto, existen acumuladores y una buena chimenea y la leña era abundante. El pueblo tranquilo y con muchas posibilidades para los deportes de invierno.

"Lo cierto es que Monique...

"Lo cierto es que Monique, la propietaria, es un encanto, en cuanto solicite información me la envío y se puso en contacto conmigo telefónicamente para comentarme lo que fuese menester. La casa es grande, tiene una planta baja grande con salón-comedor y cocina muy bien equipada, con todo. En la planta alta tiene una habitación hermosa, con baño completo, vestidor y una pequeña terraza. Todo ello bastante limpio. En la planta de abajo tiene un pequeño porche con barbacoa, que puede estar muy bien en verano. El pequeño problema que tiene la casa es que es un poco oscura la planta baja debido al tejado del porche. A eso que hay que añadir el limite de 8kw día de consumo eléctrico a partir del cual hay que pagar.., en invierno puede salir caro con la calefacción y en verano se andará justo con el calentador de agua. El sitio es ideal para descansar y relajarte, está en una aldea, a 10 minutos escasos de Arreau, con media docena de casas. De ahí te puedes mover en coche a Sant Lary (el pueblo más turístico de la zona) y a diversos valles y puertos de montaña. Recomiendo una esacapada a Val Louron y su balneario... En resumidas cuentas casi perfecto.., de no ser por el pequeño tema eléctrico." "Etxea ongi zainduta ta gustora egoteko modukoa da. Beko su itzela dauka beko egongelan ta goiko solairuan logela handi bat dauka oso txukuna. Pega bakarra hau da: berogailua piztu behar badozu (normalena udagoienan ta neguan), kilowatioak oso arin egiten dabe gora. Etxeak aparatu elektriko asko dauka eta kontuz haundiz ibili behar dozu kontsumo kopurua (8KW egunean) ez igoteko larregi... eta ez da bat ere erreza hain gutxi gastatzea. Goizetan leihatilak ere irekita, argia piztuta euki behar dozu ondo ikusteko!
