Perfect location Great House

My family and I stayed at the house for 11 days in August. We loved the place. Everything was clean and worked. The host was great to work with and helped with anything needed. This was the first time we stayed right in town. Wasn’t sure how we would like it. But it was so convenient. This house is in the perfect location for being in Sconset. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

Bliss!

This is the most relaxing cottage we’ve every visited and Bobbi is an amazing host. Extraordinary decor, incredibly comfortable beds, professionally equipped kitchen, sprawling garden/lawn, spectacular views of the ocean and a 3-minute walk to the center of Sconset. We will definitely be back!

One Amazing Week

My family and I just spent an amazing week at this property. As soon as we arrived we were impressed with the condition of the home and how clean it was. The house was the perfect size for us and each of the 3 bedrooms had a private bathroom. The location does not get any better as the house is situated on the beach (you cross the street and you are in the sand!). My teenage kids loved sitting on the beach and going for walks along the shore. It was a special treat to be able to hear the ocean waves crashing in all night long which went a long way to some incredible nights of sleeping. The charming village of Sconset is a short walk away and is picture perfect with a small but nice market, a couple super restaurants, an ice cream shop, and a liquor store. The bike trails are all nearby as is the wonderful bluff walk. The house had everything we needed- towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, not to mention a fully stocked kitchen (although we didn't use it much!), etc. A fabulous private, outdoor shower was an added bonus at the house, as was the stunning and well furnished decks on the first and second floor of house. The owner Bobbi was super responsive to all my requests for information before and during our trip. She also provided some perfect advice about restaurants, things to do, and other handy information. I definitely plan to return.

Amazing location and house

Codfish Park is a beautiful little neighbourhood in Sconset that you shouldn’t miss. We were off season so many local amenities were closed but the calm and tranquility of the area was transporting nonetheless. House is true three bedroom with two great decks for relaxing in. Kitchen is very well stocked and the lounge area nice to relax in (the television is too small). Local walks are lovely (low beach, Sconset Bluff) and the trip into town only takes 15 minutes. If you get the opportunity to stay here you should take it and enjoy waking up to the Atlantic Ocean every day.

Perfect Location, Charming House

Very short walk up steps to idyllic village of Siasconset. Nice, uncrowded beach. Sat on the downstairs porch in the morning and upstairs deck in evenings, watching and listening to seashore. Thanks for a memorable week!

Perfect spot and house. We have rented 3 times in sconset and this was the best find. The yard is perfect. Great dining table and upscale furniture to relax on. Right on the beach. Kitchen is stocked with lots of extras. Love being a 15 second walk to the sand and 5 min to the center of sconset.

Magical Vacation

We rented tucketaway for 5 nights (my husband and I and his parents) and were NOT disappointed. We had the most magical stay! The house is in the perfect location... approx. 7 miles from downtown and directly on the ocean! We watched the seals come up every morning and evening. The house has 3 rooms all with private bathroom. The outdoor shower is NOT to be missed... what a wonderful treat after a relaxing day on the beach or in town shopping! Tucketaway is very peaceful and romantic! Bobbie was and continues to be every bit accomodating and fantastic! The house has absolutely everything you need... we wouldn't hesitate to come back- in fact we are already planning our next vacation to Nantucket!

great location -right across the street from the ocean

We had a wonderful vacation with our family of 5. The house was prefect with a lovely kitchen and open living space. The upstairs had 2 nice size bedrooms with a bath in both rooms. The deck in the front of the house is where we spent most of our time. We grilled out most nights and sat under the stars to have dinner. There is a small bedroom on the 1st floor with a very nice bath in it. The room also has a washer and dryer in it. You could walk to the beach and into the small town.
