Protaras Holiday Villa Infinite Aretousa is a stunning, Mediterranean style, spacious holiday villa in a fantastic location on the seafront, right in the heart of Protaras. The famous Fig Tree Bay and Central Protaras Strip are just a 3-minute walk away. Comfortable, spacious and airy with the beach as well as shops and restaurants just a short walk away this tastefully decorated and luxurious villa with high-quality finishes is ideal for family holidays.



Level one - Basement: Jacuzzi & Gym

Level two - Middle Floor: Bedroom 1 with a bunk bed and shower room

Level three - Ground Floor: Open Plan Kitchen, Dinning Area, Living Room, Pool Patio, Garden

Level four - Upper Mid Floor: TV Room, Bedroom 2 with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom

Level five - First Floor: 4 en-suite bedrooms, three with king-size beds and one with 2 large single beds. The two master bedrooms offer beautiful sea views.

Villa Infinite Aretousa is situated in the most affluent area of Protaras right by the sea. The location is very peaceful yet just a couple of minutes' walk to the main Protaras strip and Fig Tree Bay. The surroundings are excellent and the sea views are to die for. Villa Aretousa has got to be one of the very best villas in the whole of the Protaras and Ayia Napa region.



This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.

It’s wasn’t cats. It was mold.

The location The roof. The entire villa flooded and ruined our things and my mother slipped and fell. My daughter had an allergic reaction to the mold in the house. And no refund was given.

A beautiful family villa superb location lovely pool great facilities. communication with the hosts was instant, the smell of the toilet on one bedroom was awful, they tried to rectify but couldn't. never spoilt our holiday as everything else was fabulous. the pool was great the rooms were all lovely with ensuite. the whole family including 18 month old had a great time. paid extra for a high chair that i thought would be included.

Lovely Villa with great location, pool was fabulous only one issue with the toilet smelling in one of the bedrooms that was improved on but not fixed properly. Other than that good communications and everything else worked.

The description and photos do not accurately reflect the property. The outdoor furniture is not that shown.The property is in urgent need of updating, ceilings are damaged, electrical points need covers or blanking. Many broken controllers on wall for AC unitsOn check in the property had not been cleaned properly, the host/agent promised it would be cleaned the following day, but no one attended. Multiple AC units not working, one unit in the bedroom was leaking gas. These units were fixed when the engineers attend the following day.There is no proper operating & maintenance manual.The pool was the best feature and enjoyed by all, this is meant to be serviced 2 times per week, but this was only done after us requesting.The location is very good with excellent views and short walk to all amenities.Beware excess electricity charge, which we have been hit with. 40degree heat and if you use the AC you will go over the pathetic allowance they give.

Fantastisk beliggenhed, men huset trænger til modernisering

Udearealet er skønt, men huset trænger til en gennemgang ift. reparationer, både indvendigt og udvendigt. Væggene indenfor trænger til en omgang maling og der dryppede vand ned fra tagvinduerne. Køkkenet er slidt, køkkenlågerne lukkede ikke ordentligt, og skufferne bandt. Opvaskemaskinen vaskede ikke ordentligt rent og der manglede to hjul på maskinens bundbakke. Intet varmt vand de første 2 dage og i det ene badeværelse kom der vand ud af væggen. Det tog håndværkere 2 dage at få det til at virke. Poolen var grumset ved ankomst og det tog 3 dage for poolmanden at få den til at se normal ud. Løbebånd, crosstrainer og cykel var i kælderen, men virkede ikke. Og det blev heller ikke repareret i løbet af ugen. Til en pris på næsten 4000 euro pr. uge burde man kunne forvente at alle ovenstående ting fungerede tilfredsstillende. Affaldsposer, vasketabletter og afspændingsmiddel burde være inkluderet til opvaskemaskinen.
