Su Sinnipiri by All4sardinia

Su Sinnipiri is a cottage situated  just 300 metres from Perdepera beach a beautiful beach  on the East Coast. The house consists of a living room with kitchenette, two double rooms and  a twin room, two bathrooms , a storage closet and a veranda. A large garden surrounds the property where you can find also a barbecue area and outdoor shower. The cottage is about 3 km far from the village called Cardedu. Air-conditioning is only present in the main double room.

Great place for vacation!

It has been a very nice vacation. Super service provided by our contact from Sardinia 4 you. And the comfort was even better than the description, because we had air condition in the living area and in all 3 sleeping rooms.

Tolles Haus mit Ambiente

Sehr schönes Haus. Idealer Standort, kurzer Weg zum wunderschonen, nicht überlaufenen Strand, 200m bis zum Wanderweg zum Monte Arista und den Domus de Janas. Nach 3km ist man mit dem Motorrad auf den wundervollen kurvigen Strecken. Ich komm auf jeden Fall wieder. Total unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Ein wunderbares Haus

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind, 1 Hund) haben im Oktober zehn Tage in der wunderbaren Villa Su Sinnipiri verbracht. Das Haus ist hervorragend gelegen, in zwei Minuten kann man den langen Sandstrand Perdepera zu Fuß erreichen und man ist mit dem Auto schnell in der atemberaubenden Landschaft der Ogliastra. Supermärkte befinden sich in Cardedu und Barisardo. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und verfügt über ein sehr stabiles WLAN. Da der schöne, große Garten komplett!!! eingezäunt ist, konnte unser Hund völlig entspannt draußen herumlaufen. Das Ein-und Aus-checken verlief dank des sehr freundlichen, dezenten und tierlieben Vermieters völlig problemlos. Obwohl wir schon in einigen sehr schönen Häusern auf Sardinien Zeit verbringen durften, hat uns dieses bislang am besten gefallen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Super Ferienhaus, alles da. Kurze Wege zum Meer

Sehr sauberes Haus, das Meer ist nur 200m entfernt mit einem schönen und sauberen Sandstrand. Dazu ist er nicht zu voll belegt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war erstklassig und unmittelbar; sehr freundlich. Ein Highlight ist sicherlich auch die Außenküche mit Grill und Pizzabackofen. Der Garten ist etwas trocken aber mit vielen Schatten spendenden Palmen gesegnet. Supermärkte sind nur per Fahrzeug erreichbar; was ohnehin notwendig ist auf Sardinien.

Oasi nel verde a un minuto dal mare

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa vacanze dal 6/08 al 20/08 trascorrendo due settimane davvero bellissime. La casa ha un ampio giardino (molto più ampio rispetto a quello che si può vedere dalle foto), pieno di alberi da frutta da cui si può attingere. Parcheggio all’interno dell’abitazione dove ci stanno 4/5 macchine. Angolo cottura esterno con barbecue e forno a legna strepitoso. La proprietà si trova circa a 250/300 m dal mare con un ampia spiaggia molto tranquilla con uno dei mari più belli nei giorni di assenza di vento, la spiaggia è un misto tra sassi e sabbia ma sono raggiungibili altre spiaggia nel giro di pochi minuti. Nota dolente che però è stata risolta da Alessandro il più velocemente possibile, tenendo conto che abbiamo soggiornato durante la settimana di ferragosto è stata la rottura della lavatrice prima che arrivassimo, ma Alessandro prontamente ci ha fornito gratuitamente un ulteriore cambio di biancheria, per qualsiasi problema abitando in zona sarà sempre a vostra disposizione. La vera pecca è il materasso del letto nella seconda stanza matrimoniale praticamente un blocco di cemento, se non fosse stata per la stanchezza estrema non saremmo riusciti a dormire una notte. Vi consigliamo assolutamente questa proprietà e se dovessimo ritornare in questa zona sapremmo già dove andare.

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand mit großem, schönen Grundstück

Das Haus liegt sehr schön nur 2 min Fußweg von einem großen und schönen Sandstrand. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, inklusive Sonnenschirmen für den Strand. Der Vermieter Alessandro antwortete auf jede Frage umgehend und die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Das Haus hat einen tollen Garten mit vielen Obstbäumen. Auch im Haus ist viel Platz, aber wir waren vorrangig im Garten. Auch den Grillplatz am Haus haben wir gerne genutzt. Im nächsten Ort. Cadedu kann man gut einkaufen und auch essen gehen.

Il proprietario è una persona gentilissima e disponibile . La casa è molto grande pulita e con tutti i conforts vicinissima al mare con una spiaggia grande di Sabbia. Ideale per famiglie con bambini ottimo soggiorno

Casa deliziosa, ben arredata, dotata di tutti i comforts necessari e puitissima! l'accoglienza del padrone è stata ottima e ci ha fatto sentire a casa nostra. La nota vincente è sicuramente la posizione della casa a pochi passi dal mare ma anche dal paese Cardedu dove si trovano i servizi necessari per ogni evenienza. Peccato aver trascorso così poco tempo, sicuramente ritorneremo in Ogliastra per scoprire le sue bellezze!
