This elegant and very spacious (200 sq m) Andalucian-style corner villa is only 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport. It is 10 minutes drive from Marbella old town and only five minutes from Puerto Banus. The house offers three double bedrooms, two en-suite, and an additional family bathroom. There is a large comfortable drawing and dining room and a modern fully-equipped kitchen. On the top floor, there is a roof terrace with barbecue for al fresco dining which offers panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. A heated community swimming pool is located very close to the house.

Aloha Pueblo is a picturesque village which offers great charm and is home all the year round to many international residents, It is surrounded by the three world-class golf courses of Aloha, Las Brisas, and Los Naranjos.

This gentleman booked the property in March at our winter rate for the high season month of July. In good faith, we accepted the booking. A week before arrival, he telephoned and said he was staying at a neighbouring property of a daughter which was not available for his dates with us. He asked to view our property which he did and appeared very happy. Two days before his arrival, his wife telephoned to say they no longer needed the property and wished to cancel as the daughter’s property was now available. I advised that we required 60 days’ notice of cancellation. Subsequently he occupied the property with four other people for two nights and then returned to the daughter’s property claiming a refund of the remaining 10 nights paid. This review was placed to gain a refund which I refused.

Why they chose this property

Aloha Pueblo has great charm and has been chosen by many of its residents as their principal home. There are many different nationalities living here, including French, Spanish, Germans, Swedes, Norwegians, Danes, and some expatriate Brits too! It is busy all the year round and has its own fine dining and bars while being close to all of the attractions of Marbella and Puerto Banus.

What makes this property unique

There are few more attractive places to live in the Marbella area than Aloha Pueblo, which has made it much sought after by international residents who have lived on the coast for many years. It offers a secure environment, a wonderful ambience, and many facilities within a short walking distance. There are frequent bus services to Puerto Banus and San Pedro and there is a taxi rank close by if one does not wish to use a car.
