New CUSTOM cabinets, CUSTOM granite counter tops, CUSTOM wall finishes, washer/dryer, dishwasher, travertine throughout, zone air conditioning, glass showers, 3 TV's, free wifi , fully furnished kitchen, gated community, amazing views, 3 minute drive to Red Hook, ferry dock, and grocery store. Quiet, peaceful gated community, 1-2 minute walk to the beach, pool/hot tub access, next to St. Thomas Yacht Club, two restaurants and pool bar on property. Charter boating, kayaking, para sailing, snorkeling, diving, zip lining. It is the CUSTOM VACATION HOME of my dreams. It turned rental after the hurricanes of 2017 and is one of the BEST condos in Cowpet Bay West.

You can request a housecleaning during your stay 2 days in advance for a $100 charge.
We ask there not be excessively loud noise in condo, on balconies, nor on the beach. The condo association defines it as "sound heard 100 ft away".
We advise guests to take out travelers insurance for last minute emergencies as we have a 60 cancellation policy.
