Private beach with sand and pebbles, pine forest from where the coastal path leaves. All in a wooded area of 13 hectares in a quiet area.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable avec une vue dont on ne se lasse pas. Résidence agréable et appartement avec vue sur la mer. Appartement propre, très chaleureux, confortable, fonctionnel, calme et agréable. Très bon accueil par le propriétaire. Je recommande vivement cette location dans laquelle nous aurions pu passer une semaine de plus. L’appartement très bien situé donne directement sur le chemin du littoral et permet de faire de belles balades.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous louons cet appartement. La situation est excellente, la piscine de la résidence est réellement un plus et l'appartement est bien équipé. Le propriétaire est attentionné et très sympathique.

L'appartement est vraiment très confortable, la vue mer est magnifique, la résidence pied dans l'eau avec le port, les calanques, ses 13 hectares de pinède, sa piscine et son tennis, difficile de trouver mieux ! L'accueil a été vraiment parfait d'autant plus que nous avons du changer nos dates , le propriétaire a été vraiment conciliant, encore Merci !

Superbe séjour au milieu d'un cadre magnifique !

Appartement spacieux et lumineux avec une vue magnifique sur la mer dès le levé du soleil depuis la loggia. Literie neuve et confortable ,tout pour un séjour agréable en couple ou en famille .On a bien apprécié sur place la piscine , la location de canoe , et l'accès direct au chemin du littoral Nous reviendrons une troisième fois ! Très belle situation

Même si la barre d'immeuble peut faire peur, l'endroit avec vue et accès direct à la mer est magnifique. Tout en étant proche du centre de Bandol, petite marche sympathique. A recommander pour ceux qui préfèrent la nature aux plages et centre ville bondés. Le propriétaire est très accueillant. L'appartement est grand et très fonctionnel (seul la literie est à revoir)! Très bon souvenir

Direkt am Meer

Hübsche zweistöckige Wohnung direkt am Meer mit fantastischem Ausblick! Abgeschlossene Anlage inklusive Parkplatz. Alles ist so, wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Wunderbarer Pool. Schöne Wanderwege direkt beim Haus. Wir haben die Ruhe und die Abgeschiedenheit sehr genossen. Monsieur Serge war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Ein Auto ist erforderlich, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind etwas weiter weg.

ENDROIT TRES AGREABLE

L'endroit est très agréable. Malgré tout, c'est trop grand, ça fait un peu hopital. En septembre, forcé de constater que la moyenne d'âge de la population n'est plus très jeune. De plus, pour avoir une plage correcte il faut prendre la voiture. Le propriétaire est charmant. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil. La location est bien. Il manquait un peu de verres. Le ménage était un peu léger. La literie est à revoir. Dans l'ensemble bon souvenir de cet endroit.

Une vue superbe, un duplex très agréable.

Résidence nichée au coeur d'un parc splendide avec vue sur port et mer. A pied sont accessibles le sentier du littoral, les criques et la plage de sable blanc de Renècros. Un vrai paradis pour ceux qui aiment se baigner, se promener, faire du vélo et respirer l'air marin. Au sein de la résidence, tennis dans la pinède, terrain de volley, superbe piscine et pataugeoire pour les plus petits. L'appartement est très bien agencé et meublé avec goût.

Descriptif conforme à la réalité. Non seulement le nécessaire est là en ce qui concerne l'équipement mais le superflu est partout présent aussi bien en matériel cuisine, électroménager ou couvertures; enfin , une délicate attention des propriétaires vous attend lors de votre arrivée.
