WONDERFUL SEMI-DETACHED HOUSE NEXT TO THE BEACH

The property is an elegant semi-detached house in a quiet residential area within the urban core, with only 20 houses in the development. It's close to Playa del Cristo, one of Estepona's best beaches.
When entering the property, there's a terrace for breakfast with a table and six chairs, plus a parasol.

On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, and washing machine. There's also a large living-dining room with two comfortable sofas, smart TV, WiFi, fireplace, and a dining table for six people. There's also a bathroom and AC.

Through the living room, access is to another terrace where you can enjoy an aperitivo or dinner in a relaxing atmosphere.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms: one double with ensuite bathroom, one with two single beds and private terrace, and another with two single beds. All have built-in wardrobes and AC. There's also a separate bathroom for other guests.

On the upper floor, there's a terrace-solarium with sunbeds and chill-out area, ideal for enjoying the night with beautiful sea and Gibraltar views.

The property is ideal for families, groups of friends, and golfers because all services are nearby. The Sports Port of Estepona is 10 minutes walk away with supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pubs. The town center is 20 minutes walk, as well as the beautiful seafront with sandy beaches.

There are several golf courses within 10 minutes drive.

Access to Club Babylon, a private sports complex near the property (extra cost of 250€/week) with pools, tennis court, basketball court, ping-pong table, and a bar.
