It consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of them en suite, large living room with access to a spacious terrace and a pleasant interior patio that offers great privacy. It has a beautiful private pool of recent construction surrounded by a spacious garden that allows outdoor games making it ideal for family vacations and especially with children. Fully equipped and renovated has WIFI, satellite TV, air conditioning and a ping-pong.
It is located near the best beaches in the North of Mallorca such as Formentor and Alcudia and 15 minutes walk from the center of Puerto Pollensa, where there are a variety of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and other local services.
