Apartment 200 meters from the sea!
Holiday apartment located in a small building, very nice, in a quiet area, just steps from the beach.
It 'a three-room apartment with living room kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower. private outdoor veranda for outdoor dining. Small garden.
The rent fully furnished and equipped (LCD TV, iron and ironing board, drying rack, microwave, washing machine, toaster, etc.), all of the highest quality.
We provide all linen free of charge for the house (bathroom, kitchen and bedroom). E 'available for free also a beach umbrella.
We are equipped to accommodate even very young children, for whom it is available free cot with bedding (for children up to 4 years).
We are just 200 meters from the sandy beach, and very convenient to get too quickly the major shops and services, restaurants, bars, etc. If you prefer to use the means, also also very close to the stop of urban bus, to reach the nearby village of Castelsardo.
Possibilities mountain bike rental. We provide our guests an exclusive discount for car rental, or for the ferry ticket.
For hygiene reasons we do not accept dogs (of any size) in the structure.

Comodità, ospitalità, prezzo
La casa: come da descrizione, dotata di tutto il necessario. Inclusa biancheria da letto, bagno e cucina, ombrellone a disposizione. Spazi ampi x 4 persone di cui due bambini di 3 e 7 anni. Giardino e veranda utili x godere della zona esterna spesso ventilata.
Zona: la casa permette di raggiungere a piedi una delle 4 spiagge libere della località. Le altre hanno comodi e ampi parcheggi gratuiti nelle immediate vicinanze (a luglio non c'è gran ressa). Scogli e sabbia, balneazione comoda anche per i bambini.
La località ha diversi piccoli market, fruttivendolo, pescheria, edicola... Castelsardo a 2 km. Spostandosi sia ad est che ad ovest le spiagge sono magnifiche.
Ospitalità: il pezzo forte della nostra esperienza è stata la padrona di casa. Ospitale, preparata, ci ha supportato sia x organizzare gite che per proporci mete alternative alle spiagge fantastiche della zona. Siamo arrivati all 1 di notte e in casa ci ha fatto trovare limoni, erbe aromatiche, biscotti, bibite fresche e acqua.
Consiglio di cuore di soggiornare dalla signora Sara che oltre a questo appartamento ne ha diversi.
