This detached cottage is in the village of Solva near to St Davids and can sleep four people in three bedrooms.
Court House is a lovely detached cottage situated in the village of Solva just three miles from St Davids in Pembrokeshire. The cottage can sleep five people in one double bedroom and two singles as well as a family bathroom and ground floor cloakroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area, dining room with woodburner and a sitting room and a conservatory. Outside is off road parking for three cars and a lawned garden with patio and furniture. Court House is a delightful cottage in a lovely part of the country.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, CD/radio,WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 3 cars. Private enclosed rear lawned garden with patio and furniture. Front lawned area. Two small well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pubs, restaurants and coast 5 mins walk. Note: Gated exit in rear garden to river so children must be supervised. Note: Stone steps down to cottage from parking area. Note: Narrow stairs inside cottage with low beam above staircase. Note: Conservatory is accessed by external door. Note: Low front doorway, care should be taken.
