Villa 3 bedrooms Kitchen Living Interior fully modern and fully equipped for up to 6 people, in a fully guarded residence day and night, with large communal pool cleaned. Detached villa in the first row 300 m2 garden facing the sea, 25 m frontage, wide sea view from the ground floor terrace and panoramic view of the beach from the large balcony of the first floor. Private beach (10 X 100 m) guarded and equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas, but adjacent séparéee by a hedge of the largest public beach Saly (50 X 500 m). Ground floor: large living room and open kitchen fully equipped for 6 people, one bedroom (with double bed) with separate toilet, bathroom with shower and toilet integrated second.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms (one double and two single beds) and shared bathroom with shower 2nd and 3rd integrated toilet. Large terrace on the ground floor on the ground floor and panoramic balcony on the first floor.
All amenities, including Canal + TV (internet self-service in the residence), and outdoor shower.
