Beziers Located 20 minutes from beaches and 30 minutes from the natural park of Haut Languedoc, this spacious contemporary villa of 200 m2 is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
It has a private parking with garage and an electric gate The outdoor equipment includes sun loungers, garden furniture, swing, barbecue area, swimming pool with alarm, ping pong table and basketball hoop.
Inside is a fully equipped American kitchen: dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, washing machine. Then a large bright living room with television and free wifi full space to live. Air conditioning in the room of the floor and the office. And refreshing plamcher on the ground floor. Living room, 4 bedrooms and games room
The 5 bedrooms have double beds, there is possibility of sleeping 2 people in the playroom. Bathrooms have Italian shower and bath there are 3
Toilet. Baby equipment and young child is possible. Bed linen is provided. Cleaning is your responsibility. Fitness equipment is also available. For more details, do not hesitate to send me an email.

Séjour parfait à 13 personnes

Nous avons passé une semaine géniale en famille et entre amis. Il y a largement assez de place pour 13 personnes. La piscine et la grande terrasse sont un vrai plus. Bref un très bon séjour et une très belle villa que nous pourrions sans problème choisir à nouveau.

Très jolie maison

Sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen, das Haus und der Pool waren toll! Das Haus super sauber und die Küche tiptop ausgestattet! Die Gastgeberin Frau Mernivale ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Sie gab uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Es gab sogar viele Kinderspiele und Poolspielzeug!Als leider der Kühlschrank kaputt ging kam sie schnellstmöglich und besorgte umgehend einen neuen, der auch zeitnah geliefert wurde! Top! Vielen Dank für einen wunderbaren Urlaub.

Prima verblijf in prachtige omgeving

Ruim huis voor ons gezin met aanhang. 5 goede slaapkamers, heerlijke douches. Volledig uitgeruste keuken, was-en droogmachine aanwezig. 2 zonnige balkons, ruime garage, 2 fietsen en tot slot een groot fijn zwembad. Alles om een hele fijne vakantie te vieren. Gastvrouw gaf allerlei informatie en was makkelijk te bereiken.

Tolles Haus in schöner Lage

Das Haus ist riesig, sehr praktisch geschnitten und sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß. Im Garten- und Poolbereich gibt es viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und Spiele. Besonders gut ist die Kühlung des Hauses über den Fußboden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und umgänglich. Vielen Dank für alles.

Nous avons passés une semaine au top. La maison est mieux en réalité que sur les photos! Très grande piscine et et quartier très calme. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire. Disponible, elle a nous a conseillé sur les activités et restaurants du coin. Je recommande grandement 🙂👍👌

Mooie vakantiewoning met prima zwembad.

We hebben een aangenaam verblijf gehad in de woning met ruime living en keuken voorzien van allerhande keukengerei. Het ruim zwembad met ligzetels, de lounge en tuin met enkele speeltuigen voor de kinderen waren prima. De speelkamer voorzien van speelgoed was voor de kinderen een extra. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep vlot in een gemoedelijke en vertrouwelijke sfeer.
