Clean, comfortable, & well equipped, with plenty of spare bits &pieces in the utility room, even dow

Clean, comfortable, & well equipped, with plenty of spare bits &pieces in the utility room, even down to enough mugs for a large party (8 in our case). Phone & toothbrush charging ports thoughtfully provided, hot tub was popular, plenty of activities in an out of the house. Garden was great and massive, but beware with small children, open water at random points. Pub in the village and another a very pleasant walk away. Very nice welcome pack of quality treats (no milk fyi), and an ice dispenser. Pretty much everything we hoped it would be.
