This 1 bedroom condo is located in Plaza Villas gated community in the heart of Palm Springs. This 643 sq.ft. lower level model has been remolded and furnished to make all guests feel welcome and comfortable.

The living room has a large sofa with pull-out double bed. A 55' flatscreen TV with cable box and WIFI.

The bedroom suite has a king-size bed with extra linens and a private bathroom with granite counter tops, bathtub/shower, closet and balcony. This room also has a 50' flat screen TV.

Dining area has seating for 4.

The kitchen has granite counters with a stainless steel sink. The stove, microwave, dishwasher & refrigerator have all been updated. The kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes and utensils you will need to cook your favorite meal. A Keurig coffee maker.

Laundry room has washer & dryer, ironing board & iron.

Plaza Villas offers 2 beautiful pools, hot tub and tennis court.

Assigned covered parking and extra space.

Walk to Casino, Convention Center, Film Festival, Street Fair, Fine Dining, shopping, theaters and boutiques.

The unit was very well equipped and pleasant, with a comfortable king bed. There are big closets and lots of storage. The closest of two pools was a great place to hang out. Hummingbirds keep you amused on the grounds and near the patio.

Very clean and well supplied kitchen. This complex is fabulous with 2 swimming pools and a hot tub. You can pick fresh grapefruit off the trees for breakfast! Very close to town and restaurants. Very secure and quiet. This place is wonderful.

Our host Kevin, was excellent, and we felt very welcomed. He made sure on our arrival that everything was perfect. The amenities were everything we needed and more. The bed was very comfortable! It was great to have a covered parking lot as well. We will definitely come back!

Kevin and Julie met us at the condo that is within walking distance of all the hot spots in Palm Springs. They were more than gracious and very helpful. The layout of the condo was perfect and it was supplied with all the essentials. We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds on the patio and spending time at the pool.

Very clean condo well stocked in dishes, plates, cookware etc, as well as linens. Owner very helpful and referred me to a dependable driver for an early morning flight. Short walk to downtown and since all my activities were in the downtown area, I did not need to rent a car. Two pools well maintained. Complex very quiet.

Condo is in a great location, clean, quiet and well appointed. It was about a 10-minute walk to downtown for us. We went back and forth a few times each day. Property is about an hour from Joshua Tree National Park and close to the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Kevin the owner met us upon our arrival and was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and sites to see.

Great place to stay

The condo was comfortable, clean, and nice and quiet. You could walk to main street for restaurants and shopping. Pool and hot tub were great. Would recommend this condo to friends and family.

Great location in Palm Springs

We loved the location of our condo, level entry, beautiful decor, comfortable king size bed and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. Our hosts were kind enough to meet us when we first arrived to answer any questions we had about the condo, nearby restaurants, etc. We plan to return to Palm Springs and hope it is available on our next visit.

This was my first experience with Vrbo, and it exceeded my expectations. Kevin and Julie met us at the property, showed us around and made sure we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. They have set a high bar for future experiences. The immaculately clean condo, is stocked with all the amenities you need, from kitchen items to sunscreen to washer/dryer with detergent. We ate breakfast on the cozy patio, and used the pool and jacuzzi just steps from the condo door. This property is perfectly located a short walk east of the restaurants and shops of North Palm Canyon Drive, and covered parking is assigned near the condo. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The code-access locks on the exterior gate and front door add even more security without having to keep track of keys. This property was exactly what we wanted — easy, comfortable and peace of mind. I recommend without hesitation.

Couldn’t have been a more perfect VRBO. We stay in several throughout the year and this one was perfect. Clean, had everything you need, close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The pool was very nice and we really enjoyed our Palm Springs visit!
