THE BUNK BEDS WILL ONLY ACCOMMODATE CHILDREN 12 OR YOUNGER. Our professionally furnished, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath unit is designed for your comfort.

Step through the door and you immediately notice the beautifully tiled flooring,the high ceilings and the many upgrades throughout.

Walk out onto your 6'x25' private balcony from your master bedroom or living area and take in the spectacular, panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Sit and relax or have your meals out on the balcony and enjoy the warm, tropical breezes from the gulf.

The living/dining area is complete with a flat screen TV and plenty of room to relax after a day of fun in the sun. The dining area seats six comfortably around the table and provides additional seating at the breakfast bar.

The master and additional bedroom, which are tastefully decorated, also have flat screen TVs and a dresser/chest for you to unpack and feel at home.

The master bathroom is complete with a separate shower, garden tub and a double vanity. Private access to the additional bathroom through the second bedroom.
The third bedroom is complete with bunk beds and a dresser.

The kitchen with upgraded GE appliances and granite counter tops is fully equipped with plenty of utensils, plates, and cookware. A coffee maker, blender, toaster and many other items are also here for your convenience.

The laundry room features a stackable front load washer and dryer. No need to search for a laundromat.

The complex features two pools of 11,000 SF and a unique zero-gravity design. A fountain and lounge chairs with umbrellas adorn the pool deck adding to the relaxing atmosphere of Destin.

Cabana Cafe', the onsite restaurant, is sure to be a favorite. Their extensive menu features everything from hot dogs and hamburgers to fine dining.

Most love walking on the beach to get their exercise but a fitness center is available for those who prefer to stay in.

The beautiful beaches are just steps away as well as the 18 hole golf course, 8 tennis courts and the famous Silver Sands Outlet shops.

If deep sea fishing is something you would like to try, Destin, also known as the 'Luckiest Fishing Village', has one of the largest fleets of fishing boats in the nation. Some of the restaurants will even serve up your catch if you would like. Now that's fresh seafood!!

Perfect for our small family

Plenty of room for 4 adults, each bedroom had a bathroom. The third bedroom worked for my 5 year old granddaughter. She loved the bunk beds! We loved how easy it is to get to the beach, good restaurants, and a nearby music venue. We spent time in the heated swimming pool as well.

Family beach trip!!

We enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room for our family of 6. I enjoyed getting up every morning and sitting on the porch and looking at the view of the ocean.

We had a great time in Destin and this condo gave us everything we needed for our trip of 5. Close to beach (with good views) and close to Destin area attractions. I would have no problems recommending this condo to friends and family.

Perfect relaxing stay

The condo is exactly as described. It was the best stocked place we have ever been in, having anything you could possibly need. It was incredibly spacious and had plenty of blankets and pillows. The walk to the beach was easy. Highly recommend this place !

Excellent cozy combo for family vacation

We had great times staying at this combo! It’s cozy, clean, has absolutely everything you need. The balcony has enough space for a family meal, so everyone could enjoy dinner and the beautiful ocean view. Sandy, the manager, is fantastic, very easy to reach, and very helpful. We’ll be back, thank you!

Everything was wonderful. The place is very nice, clean, and well maintained. The location is right across from the beach. Our little one had a great time watching everything from the spacious balcony. We had a lot of fun at the pool and in the downstairs restaurant, too. Highly recommend!

Two adult couples - I booked because it said one King and one Queen bed - there is NO QUEEN bed in bedroom 2 -at best it is a double! Not a good condo for two couples -

The unit was nice, could use a little updating, but was in an excellent location with a great view. Get rid of the rug in the living room, it has seen better days.

Spacious condo, short walk to the beach

We were so happy with this rental! It was the perfect amount of space for the 6 of us including 3 children. Huge balcony with great views of the gulf. The walk to the beach was very quick. The pools were nice. Great location with several restaurants within walking distance. Sandy was so easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this condo!

Wonderful

We have stayed at several condos in the same building. This is by far my favorite. Sandy was wonderful to work with. Codes and instructions were sent promptly. Everything was tidy and the location is wonderful as always. We will defiantly be staying in 702 again!

The relaxing week we needed!!

Beautiful condo!! Very clean! Incredibly comfortable bed in the master bedroom. The beach was super crowded at this time of year so I encourage renting an umbrella and chairs so you have a spot reserved between 8:00-5:00. Sandy was very easy to reach and very helpful with any questions we had. We would highly recommend this condo for a relaxing, carefree vacation.

Excellent Location - Amenities Galore!

The unit is in an amazing location! The Cabana Cafe downstairs was absolutely delicious. We order takeout 3 times from there! They even had a little ice cream shop! We also got shaved ice several times after walking back from the beach. Did you read that right? WALKING back from the beach! There are also beach chairs and umbrellas to rent, too. The unit itself was very clean and spacious. It had some beach toys which were really helpful for our 3 year old. I would suggest bringing some door locks - we worried about our daughter getting out of her room and out the front door. Easily fixed with a baby lock! We walked to several yummy restaurants in the area and got to watch some storms roll in while we were on the balcony. Easily the best place we’ve stayed in the Destin area!

Exceptional and Breathtaking

This property is without a doubt one of the best properties my family and I have stayed in. Cannot think of enough adjectives to describe how nice it is. The condo was immaculate and exactly as pictured. It is literally across the street from the beach so you can walk back and forth from the unit to the beach. It has plenty enough room for a family. Huge balcony overlooking the Gulf. Even though it is in a humongous building it is surprisingly quiet. Teri was very responsive from booking to departure. The staff at the onsite restaraunt were very nice and extremely helpful. If you're looking for great location at an excellent price this is it! The check out time is at 10:00am not 11:00am as stated on the Home Away website and even with that mix up Teri was very understanding. This place is the absolute best place to rent in Destin/Miramar Beach! Thanks Teri!!!
