Balcony view is beautiful...

The building itself smells bad, and is falling apart. Our "room" was okay, however we discovered coffee grounds leftover from a previous renter in the coffee maker, not a deal breaker, just expected more. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The morning of our check out we were getting ice from the ice machine on the lobby floor and a lady from the cleaning team came flying out of the double doors, slamming me in the back with the door. She did apologize however it was hard enough to move me out of place and bruise me. I was concerned that had a young child or a senior adult been standing what the result could have been, so I told the young lady at the desk, she didn't seem to care. Basically, our time in Destin was wonderful because we didn't spend much time in our room, when we did, we were on the balcony because the view truly is beautiful.

Clean and great location

The condo was very clean but outdated. There was only two elevators for the entire building so it took forever any time you need to use it. Great location and the connecting restaurant was awesome. It sucked that you couldn't do early check in and the front desk clerk wasn't all that pleasant.

We regularly get compliments on how kind the front desk ladies are. While we don't manage the elevators, we understand the frustration when they are busy. Due to updated cleaning protocols in accordance with CDC guidelines, we have temporarily stopped doing early check-in as housekeeping needs time to finish the clean. We hope to host you again in the future.

Perfect spot!

We stayed here and loved it! We had An amazing time! The room had such a beautiful view and a big balcony to enjoy! The beach was less than a 5 minute walk away (as was the beach bar). We didn’t know this until we showed up, but our room came with an umbrella and two chairs out at the beach that the resort sets up every day! So convenient! The beach bar played good music and had awesome drinks. Miramar was a great location because it’s so close to Destin but not as crowded as Destin. Loved this stay and would definitely return to this spot!
