After returning to the US I embarked on a 3-year, painstaking renovation of the Tremont Place House. From my time overseas I gained an appreciation for Asian style and art, which is reflected in my home renovation design and decor.
Why they chose this property
I felt compelled to preserve this 130-year old house of rare architectural style to save a part of Denver's early history. I treasure Denver's old neighborhoods and beautiful home architecture, which was a driving force in the passionate restoration this house. I have a connection to the neighborhood from my childhood, from the time I would play in the back-yard of my Aunt's Curtis Park home just blocks away.

The location of this apartment puts you a stone's throw away from all the convenience and action of downtown while on vacation. The apartment's proximity to the central business district also makes it ideal for the business traveler. From the light rail station just over 2 blocks away, you can travel the extent of Denver's public transportation with ease and forgo the use of a car entirely.
