Walk into the property through the conservatory/ dining room, straight into the kitchen.
Kitchen Large Miele fridge/freezer, Miele washing machine, Induction hob, Miele dishwasher (tabs are provided), Nespresso Coffee machine (pods provided), Two ovens - Bosch Combination microwave oven, De Dietrich steam convention oven (perfect for roasts).
Lounge Sofa bed (available on request), love chair, arm chair and foot stool. Wall mounted smart TV.
Bedroom One Super-king bed (can split to twins), wardrobe, chest of drawers, ceiling to floor windows with a patio door out into the decking area. En-suite shower room.
Bedroom Two Super-king bed (can split to twins), large wardrobe. En-suite bathroom with platform bath, shower over the bath. *All beds can be split into twins on request*
On-street parking outside the property is monitored Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm. Please select parking on those days to order parking permits. Dog welcome (£20 additional payment) - bowls provided. Well located apartment which is close to the town centre and train station. The apartment was very comfortable had great modern facilities and on street parking outside the property, I'd recommend this property.
Tucked away in a very quiet residential street, yet minutes from all the town centre's amenities. The apartment is luxurious and rooms are much bigger than it appears from the photos. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided and the host went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and happy with the apartment and facilities.
We will definitely stay at Courtyard Mews again!
We loved our stay at Lydia's property in harrogate. It was such a gorgeous and trendy home with amazing amenities. I now need a built in espresso machine in my own home! The property is in a great location which is easily walkable to the rest of town but is not too noisy! It was a very clean and safe neighborhood. If we go back to the area we will definitely stay there again!
Lovely property.Well positioned in Harrogate to walk into town.
The accommodation is high spec and just like the photos. The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you will need. It's a shame the coffee machine was out of action,it looked the business.

The neighbours in the apartment upstairs are really lovely people.

Definitely a five star experience
The property has been beautifully set up.
All fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality.
Eating in the conservatory was a delight.
Conveniently situated within walking distance for the town centre.
The secure courtyard garden was a bonus as we were travelling with a service dog.
We could find no fault and the experience exceeded our expectations and the beautiful weather was a bonus!
We would certainly recommend this property.

SYTLISH APPARTMENT - GREAT LOCATION
4 of us stayed there over a weekend in July 2016.
The ground-floor apartment was nipping clean, extremely stylish and comfortable. Having stayed in numerous rented accommodations, I personally found this one to be the best by far. The facilities and equipment were of the highest standard, however they were that good they took some working out! eg, oven.
Both bedrooms were large and both were en suite. The remote controlled electric blinds in addition to the mirrored windows add a touch of class as well as providing privacy.
The location of the property is excellent with the town centre only 5 mins walk. In addition, it is in a quiet area with very little road noise.
We all agree that we can strongly recommend this property.
On a more negative note, I found the agency (HOME AND AWAY) poor, they failed to make the booking clear in that they would process the deposit but NOT the balance. Unfortunately it appears that the agency did not pass email addresses on to the accommodation owner. Fortunately, and by chance, the owner was able to contact one of our party.

What makes this property unique
My properties are all set up to be a comfortable home from home. My own love of cooking is reflected in the kitchen equipment although with so many fabulous restaurants right on the door step you might not want to self cater too much! We are right in the town centre yet the property is really quiet and tranquil. Within a few minutes drive you are in beautiful countryside and the famous stray parkland is only a few minutes walk away.
