Manoir de Rosmeur, Brittany This 1925 Manor House has been tastefully renovated with all modern conveniences while respecting all of its original character. Enclosed in its own gardens with fantastic views the Manoir Su Rosmeur is situated close to the family friendly beach which is excellent for water sports. Le Viben ( 240 m2 of net floor area) sleeps 2 to 13 people and has 6 bedrooms on 2 floors, 5 with sea views, two with en-suite . One large attractive sun terrace with sun loungers provides the perfect places to relax and soak up a few rays. Garden with barbecue ,and hot outdoor shower to refresh when coming back from the beach . This is a perfect property for groups of friends and families alike.

Next to Quimper (25 km), airport and train (TGV). Old house entirely restored in 2006 residing in 5 000 m2 of enclosed, landscaped grounds ; all modern conveniences, suitable for handicapped persons. Rentals for 2 to 13 persons. Each dwelling has its private terraces, garden and parking. Authentic features, exposed beams, old-style lime, spacious and bright rooms, exclusive furniture, new equipment with all modern conveniences. Garden lounge, barbecue areas, hot shower outside

Perfect family holiday

We had such a wonderful time (big group of friends with small children). It is such a beautiful house and the best location one could wish for. A big garden, enough space for a big group of people, plenty of room in all of the rooms, a perfectly equipped kitchen and the best views of the sunset and the ocean. Will definitely come back!

This is a fantastic house in an excellent location. The welcome was very warm and we were immediately caught by the charming villa. Being a family of nine, we were very happy to find six large and nearly equivalent bedrooms. We had some concerns as there were not fotos fromall bedrooms, seeing them in reality was a very pleasant surprise. The house is well equipped and we enjoyed frequent cooking for our large group. Rachel is a perfect host, communication was always timely, a broken parasol was replaced immediately. All in all, we enjoyed wonderful two weeks and will surely come back again.

Die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch, der Blick morgens direkt auf das Meer unbezahlbar. Man hat es nur 10 Minuten zum Surf- und Badestrand, wenn man wollte, und alles, was man brauchte, war in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto oder zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super! Wenn die Hausbetreuerin Englisch sprechen würde, wäre das auch kein Fehler.Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön, vor allen Dingen auch für Menschen mit Rollstuhl super geeignet. Das Schlafzimmer im unteren Bereich hat ein eigenes Badezimmer, das mit ebenerdiger Dusche und Haltegriff an der Toilette für Behinderte ausgerichtet ist. Auch das Schlafzimmer daneben hat ein eigenes Bad, allerdings mit Badewanne, ist aber zum Beispiel für eine Betreuungsperson geeignet.Die große Küche hat alles, was man braucht, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Der Ess- und Wohnbereich ist wunderbar mit dem Blick auf das Meer! Der Spüle sieht man an, dass sie etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Da könnte man vielleicht in Zukunft mal etwas dran tun.Etwas schwierig ist, dass im oberen Stockwerk für potenziell 9 Menschen nur ein Badezimmer und eine Toilette zur Verfügung steht, während im Erdgeschoss drei Toiletten und zwei Badezimmer für vier Menschen zur Verfügung stehen. Wir haben uns mit 6 Personen im 1. Stock gut arrangieren können, aber hier besteht zukünftig sicher Handlungsbedarf ... Diese Aufteilung war aus der Beschreibung auch nicht ersichtlich.Schön wären auch Auflagen für die Stühle und Liegen draußen.

Bâtisse exceptionnelle dans un lieu incroyable...

...on ne peut qu'être séduit et se sentir très chanceux de pouvoir y séjourner ! Malgré une réelle inquiétude à l'arrivée : maison froide car chauffage mis trop tard/bas, d'où première soirée écourtée et couchage à moitié habillés avec draps de bain et manteaux en guise de couvertures de fortune, (aucune fournie en plus des couettes des lits), nous avons passé un fantastique séjour dans ce manoir. La pièce de vie, une fois à 19 C ( de 20 h après notre arrivée), s'est révélée chaleureuse, agréablement meublée et décorée, avec vue directe époustouflante sur l'océan, et suffisamment grande pour notre famille de 13. Vaisselle et batterie de cuisine et son équipement exceptionnels, nous ont permis de ne jamais manquer de quoi que ce soit. Les grands volumes de la bâtisse ont fait que jamais nous ne nous y sommes sentis à l'étroit, les seuls bémols étant l'unique salle de bain de l'étage pour 9 couchages (compensée en partie par le lavabo du palier), ainsi que, sûrement pour préserver l'authenticité, une isolation phonique entre les étages inexistante. Production d'eau chaude irréprochable et lits confortables. Ameublement et décoration de certaines chambres cependant un peu pauvres, et pas de possibilité d'écouter de la musique sur les belles enceintes du logement, l'ampli semblant en panne. Petits défauts vite oubliés tant l'ensemble est fantastique. L'environnement est en effet également parfait : possibilité d'aller à pieds au village et ses commerces, ou à la plage.

Haus in absolut exponierter Lage direkt an der Atlantikfelsküste mit nächtlichem Meeresrauschen in 50 m Entfernung; Laufweite zu den Surfer-Sandstrände (ca. 300 m); viel Charme des Objekts, ausnahmslos super nette und freundliche Leute in den umliegenden Orten (Bäckerei, Restaurants, Bars ...). Durchweg positiv überrascht! Sehr unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern. Jederzeit wieder!

Merveilleuses fêtes de Noël en famille

Délicates attentions de nos hôtes pour nous sentir accueillis… sapin de Noël, fleurs, crêpes et cidre pour le premier goûter . À cela s’ajoute un spectacle de hautes vagues sans cesse renouvelé à admirer depuis les fenêtres… enfants et petits-enfants rassemblés autour de nous pour cette semaine ont pu aussi profiter de la proximité de la plage pour pratiquer leurs sports favoris: kite-surf, surf, footing où tout simplement promenades. Un excellent souvenir pour tous.

Un séjour très agréable

Ce manoir breton se distingue d'abord par le charme de son emplacement, à quelques mètres de la mer et près d'une très belle plage. A ne pas manquer pour les amoureux de la mer. La demeure a beaucoup de charme, de belle dimension avec ses deux étages où nous avons pu y avoir un séjour où chacun a pu y trouver sa place. Elle est bien équipée, et les propriétaires sont accueillants et à l'écoute.

Die Fotos und Beschreibung geben dieses toll renovierte, wunderschön eingerichtete und auch für viele Gäste perfekt ausgestattete Haus sehr gut wieder. Auch die große Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist ein Traum und bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern und vor Ort war sehr nett. Wir waren alle begeistert!

Traumhaft schön

Wir haben Mitte Juni 2019 eine wunderschöne Woche in Penmarch verbracht und haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Viel Zeit haben wir im Garten verbracht und natürlich am endlosen feinen Sandstrand beinahe vor der Haustür. Zwei Daumen für Haus und Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
