Superb contemporary villa with heated pool with spacious sun terraces, ideal to relax and enjoy a cocktail or more. 3 of the bedrooms have their private terrace for more privacy. The villa ready for Bénodet beaches and the Tudy Island allows you to switch from landscape to appreciate other swims. Near the town of Quimper center and its rich history as the walled town of Concarneau. Many activities less than 10km for smaller and larger as horseback riding, golf, hiking, children's club on the beach of Bénodet and the Casino and the Spa for adults. Very close to the Odet kayak or small boat.

Sehr schönes Haus, erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Wir haben mit 2 Familien (10 Personen) 2 erholsame Wochen im Haus verbracht. Klares Highlight war der Pool. Das Haus bietet eine gute Basis für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

Bien sauf une température trop basse surtout le 1er soir et la literie d'un lit bien trop molle . A revoir, c'est important.

Toutefois il serait bon de reconnaitre et d'aprecier la temperature a laquelle la Villla etait chauffee, au-dela de la temperature ordonnee par le gouvernement, m'exposant ainsi a des amendes plus importantes que la location pour votre sejour, et pour votre comfort. En ce qui concerne le matelas, nous avons verifier et c'est le matelas de type hotel que nous avons installer dans cette chambre. Nous avons opte pour different types de fermetees pour les matelas de sort que chaque locataire y trouve son comfort. Les matelas que vous decrivez sont plus adaptes a des personnes dormant sur le cote. Nous vous invitons a revoir votre note qui est extremement tres severe d'autant plus que nous avions aussi accepte l'usage de matelas pour accomoder votre repartititon des enfants et ce sans flechir. Einfach perfekt

Ein tolles Haus, das wirklich nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt. Wir haben dort zwei sehr entspannte Wochen verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist erstklassig. Bei unseren Kindern (13 und 11) war der wunderschöne Pool sehr beliebt. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und meiner Meinung nach noch schöner als es die Bilder versprachen. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal, um die Bretagne zu erkunden. Benodet mit tollen Stränden in der Umgebung ist schnell zu erreichen. Auch Quimper liegt nahe. Wir kommen wieder!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and the garden and pool were lovely The pool is a good size. The house is located in a quieter, but beautiful part of Brittany. Holiday Stay

The property was as expected very modern and spacious. The only addition would be a manual explaining how some equipment worked eg the hoover system which we did not use but would have. The property was well equipped.

Gouesnac’h Summer Holiday

Beautiful house and pool in a small, picturesque town in Brittany. Close to the river and beaches but quiet enough to cycle around the local roads. The house was exactly as advertised. Very flexible for family groups or friends. Contemporary decor. Very clean. Friendly meet and greet. Would recommend.

Wow, It was perfect. We loved the house and pool in a tranquil setting only 10 mins from Bénodet

Wow, Beautiful house and pool. Only 10mins drive to Bénodet beach which is great French sea side resort. Gouesnach village is 5 mins drive for fresh croissants every morning. Jeannick welcomed us with provisions which was a really nice touch. We were lucky with the extra hot weather so the pool and large garden was utilised until sunset. William the owner is very helpful, before we arrived he sent maps of directions to the house and shops. Overall it is a fantastic place for a holiday and we hope to go again. Thank you William and thank you Jeannick.

What a great time!

We had a fantastic holiday in this lovely house! My family really enjoyed lots of time together in the pool area, with barbeques and fun games with the children. The house is really good, it has all one needs for a comfortable stay. We were really lucky with the weather too. The area is quiet and private, but you dont feel isoleted as you can get to Benodet in less than 15 minutes. We could not ask for more - it has been a wonderful holiday!
