About this property

A Townhouse in a Small Private Development with Shared Pool and Gardens.

Our house in the small Giralda II development is a modern well equipped property which has been up-graded at the start of the 2016 season. Linen, towels, meet + greet and end of stay cleaning is included.

Located in a quiet residential area it is only a five minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach at Les Marines where you can find several restaurants and bars.

The property downstairs is light and airy with modern furniture and direct access to the terrace which overlooks the mature well kept gardens and pool. There is separate lounge with a new large corner sofa, satellite TV, Blu-ray DVD and WiFi, a dining area for six and a new well equipped kitchen / appliances. There is also a downstairs bathroom. A separate upgraded utility room stores 2 adult cycles and a new washer/dryer.
Upstairs there are three double bedrooms each with AC and fans (2 x 2singles and 1 double) and the other family bathroom. The main bedroom has a balcony with a table and two chairs.
Outside there is a seating area with a table and chairs for six, four sun loungers and a gas BBQ.There is an awning to keep off the midday sun should it be required.
The refreshing pool has a small children's section and is idea for cooling off.
The house has plenty of outside secure parking.

Denia's port and town is just 3 km away, a good walk/cycle or can be reached by the regular local bus.
There is always plenty to do and see in Denia for all ages and it is well worth exploring.

A fantastic property in beautiful setting

We had an absolutely fabulous time staying here. The house provided all the amenities that we could have wished for. The pool and it’s setting are absolutely beautiful. We would love to return for a longer stay in the future. Thank you Heidi and team for looking after us so well!

A very pleasant stay

We were two weeks at this apartment and it felt like we were away for a month. The timing was great to stay here (may/june), because it was very quiet at this location. We had almost every day the pool for ourselves. The apartment was clean and had everything what we needed. Only missing sunbed pillows, that was a nice to have. But overall a very nice place for our two weeks holiday.

A beautiful house on a lovely complex

The house was lovely, really well appointed and very clean with all that you wanted for a holiday. The gardens were well kept as well . We would certainly go back next year. Fortunately we know Denia well and have stayed in an adjoining complex as we had no contact from the owners at all which was disappointing.

It was a great place for our family (grandparents, parents and two kids). The house had literally everything we needed and was very cozy. We spent lots of time on the patio and by the pool which we had to ourselves most of the time. The pool and the communal area were very clean. The beach was a short walk from the house, it took longer for us because we had 3 and 5 y.o. with us, and I'd probably would bring a stroller next time to make it easier and faster. The beach was clean and not crowded at all. We didn't rent a car and were totally fine (groceries, local restaurants, pharmacy - all walking distance). But if you'd like to explore a little bit further, you'll need a car. Lovely town, lovely hosts and the team, very relaxing vacation. We'd love to stay there again.

Beautiful apartment and complex

We were really impressed with this beautiful house and the lovely gardens. It was really peaceful and well maintained and we often had the pool to ourselves. Perfect temperature pool water too. The house is very tastefully furnished with comfortable beds and some lovely artwork and most things you need on holiday. A very easy walk to San Guiseppe restaurant which we ate at a couple of times and also got a takeaway. We also tried all three restaurants down at the beach - so easy to get to. Our only disappointment was not having sunbed cushions. The white plastic sunbeds are so uncomfortable without cushions and as our favourite thing to on holiday is read books on a sunlounger, this spoilt it a bit. I ended up putting my towel on the grass as it was less uncomfortable. Overall a great place though. Thank you.

Everything we wanted from this accommodation fell easily to hand...

The house is ideal for families of 4-6 with plenty of space and well equipped kitchen. Ensuite would have been nice but shower room downstairs helped. Sun loungers a bit basic with cushions suggested to compensate. Access to the lovely pool a little hampered at times by neighbours placing their sun beds in the way. A more defined pathway through needed. Local Italian and German restaurants excellent as was the closest supermarket. Beachside restaurants less impressive but friendly enough. The walk to the beach is a little longer than we wanted and through some narrow roads dodging oncoming cars. Driving and parking better solution or ferrying beach clobber and kids back n forth. Mostly we stayed at the house as it did really offer all that we needed to relax in pool to ourselves 😎

Belle maison très bien équipée ds une belle résidence très calme avec une très belle piscine. Honnêtement rien a dire, plage accessible à pied avec une petite place avec restaurant et supérette. Juste le centre ville de Denia est loin a pied obligé d avoir un vélo ou en voiture je pense le seul petit point négatif mais pas gênant pour nous.Sinon le contact avec Andrea ou la propriétaire nickel. Maison très agréable,confortable et propre.La piscine est très bien aussi , il y a aussi un petit bassin pour les tout petits.Nous étions à 6 minutes à pieds de la plage où on y trouve restaurants,petites supérettes. Nous avons passés 15 jours dans la maison. Tout c'est tres bien passé et l'ensemble correspondait bien à nos attentes où nous voulions confort, tranquillité et proche de la mer. Aucun soucis de communication avec Andrea. Nous sommes arrivés dans un logement propre, bien décoré avec de beaux tableaux. Une grande cuisine toute équipée, agréable pour cuisiner. Belle terrasse qui donne sur le jardin et piscine de la residence. Très bel endroit pour se rafraîchir et se reposer au calme. Chambres spacieuses. Pratique avec 2 salles de bain et une buanderie avec lave linge et tout se que vous avez besoin pour aller à la plage, chaises pliantes, parasol, jouets pour enfant. La plage se fait en 10mn à pied et pour le centre de Denia vous devez prendre la voiture. A l'entrée de Denia, il y a un parking gratuit proche de la plage centrale et pratique pour pouvoir ensuite circuler à pied. Résidence fermée où vous pouvez stationner votre vehicule sans soucis. Merci pour ces belles vacances et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Séjour très agréable !

Für uns war es ein Volltreffer. Haus, Anlage und Pool waren schön, zweckmässig und sauber. Die Strasse zum Strand ist 8min Fussweg und landeinwärts 2min zu einem sehr gutem Arroz-Restaurant, wo man sich die Paellapfanne selber holen kann. Im Haus alles picobello. Die Kinder sind in der Anlage gut aufgehoben und mit dem Pool immer beschäftigt. Die Agentur war von der Anreise über spontane persönliche Probleme bis zur Abfahrt für alle Belange erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Absolute Empfehlung.

Excellent stay!

The accommodations were exactly as described and all appliances/equipment functioned well. We stayed 3 weeks and would have stayed another 3 if we could! The location is perfect with easy access to Denia, the highway or other surrounding towns. Beds were comfortable and the linens were of nice quality. Would highly recommend this property and stay again. The owner’s and property manager’s communication was very helpful.

Schöner Herbsturlaub

Schönes Ferienhaus, gut ausgestattet, mit tollem Pool. Check-in/out sehr gut organisiert. Nachbarn waren auch alle sehr nett. Lage gut, nah zum Strand und zur Stadt. Rund um gelungener Aufenthalt.
