The house is impeccable. Clean, well-appointed, quiet. Washer and dryer. Parking spot is next to house. Easy to access the house. Only issue is that we arrived late at night and the porch lights were off so it was very dark and we could not see the house number from the street. I had to get out of the car and lurk in the dark with my phone light to confirm it was the correct address. But entering was super easy.
Wonderful property! Very clean with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable king bed (we didn't use the 2nd bedroom) and beautiful back yard with shaded patio.
The location is incredibly convenient — less than a mile to campus — which made everything so easy during our visit. We appreciated the clean, cozy spaces and quiet neighborhood.Highly recommend for anyone visiting UVA. We will be back.
House was lovely. Very comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to grounds and to coffee shop. Property manager responded right away when we contacted her during our stay. We appreciated the quick action to our request!
The cottage looked just the listing!! It was very nice and the check in and check out process was very easy! I will apologize if we forgot to do anything! Overall, for my first experience using an air b&b, it was a pleasant experience!!
Great place and perfect location for UVA football!
We came to town for football and chose this place because it was in walking distance to the stadium. Perfect location! Perfect little house and back yard!
We had a wonderful stay at Azalea Cottage in Charlottesville, VA while visiting our son. The home was exactly as advertised—immaculately clean, charming, and well-maintained. It's a cozy two-bedroom cottage with very comfortable beds and a nice backyard featuring a patio and grill, perfect for relaxing. The location was excellent, just south of the UVA campus, making it convenient for everything we needed. Check-in and checkout were seamless. We would definitely stay here again.
Loved this property! Cozy, chic, and just the right size for our family for a long birthday weekend. Easy check-in and out, has everything you need to be comfortable, and is so convenient to UVA, the Downtown Mall, and so many other great spots. Thank you!
We visited Charlottesville for our sons graduation from the JAG law center. This home was charming, clean, and very comfortable. If I ever need to be in Charlottesville again, I will plan to stay here.
3 friends and I spend the weekend in Charlottesville and enjoyed this little cottage! It was close to downtown (driving) and has a cute area in the backyard to sit outside in the evening.
What a cozy place! One of the cleanest VRBOs I’ve stayed in. We were short on towels but other than that it was perfect and I would definitely book this home again in the future.

I am an interior designer and renovation addict! I was so excited to find this property right next to UVa and completely renovate it and furnish it with fun finds from my favorite stores.
Why they chose this property
We graduated from UVa in the 80's and lived not too far from this street. When this house became available, we knew we had to jump on it. The location so close to Scott Stadium will provide UVa football lovers the greatest parking and tailgating spot not in the stadium.
What makes this property unique
The location of this cottage is just hard to beat.
