A few meters from the sea Bianca sul Mare is one of the oldest residences in Tricase Porto, a small seaside village on the coast road that leads from Otranto to Santa Maria di Leuca.
The residence is located on the ground floor and overlooks the splendid garden where it is pleasant to have meals.

The rooms have double walls and vaulted ceilings, they are therefore very cool even in the height of summer and the French windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

"Bianca sul mare 2" is a ground floor of a villa overlooking the small tourist port of Tricase. It has belonged to my family for over a century and several generations have spent their holidays in this location due to the beauty of the sea and the typical nature of the Mediterranean areas. Tricase Porto guarantees a peaceful seaside holiday, real relaxation for the body and the spirit, and in comparison with other places in Salento it is perfect for those looking for a seaside resort on a human scale. Its rocky and rugged coast, with the presence of a very small beach with a slide for the disabled, is rich in thick vegetation (Mediterranean scrub) and is scattered with villas. For the crystal clear sea, the fine sand, the uncontaminated nature, Tricase Porto is considered one of the most suggestive territories of Salento. In summer there are several popular festivals and sailing courses are organized on Optimist dedicated to children aged 7 to 12 years. The restaurants include "Bella Vista" and, near the villa, "A Casa Mia", "Anime Sante", "Menamè" Bar, "Porto Vecchio" frying bar, "Bolina", "Ristorante Pizzeria La Rotonda". Places to visit: Matrona cave, reachable by boat rentable at the port, Vallonea oak and the museum port.

Ok house but noisy surroundings

The host was very welcoming and accommodating. But unfortunately, the house was way too noisy for us, with a lot of car traffic, especially at night, and loud music from the bar until 2-3am. There is no sea view from the garden of the first level apartment. Mostly a view on the cars constantly passing by. Apart from that, the house was basic, very simple, but clean and ok for a few days of holiday. The region is stunning!

Piacevole soggiorno

La proprietaria ci ha contattato non appena fatto il primo versamento e si è resa disponibile per ogni esigenza. Ci hanno fatto trovare una bottiglia di acqua fresca e frutta. Massima disponibilità. La casa risulta fresca nonostante non ci sia climatizzatore, grazie alle spesse pareti di un tempo. Non c'è un salotto o un divano e la televisione è molto piccola, ma non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno. La piccola spiaggia del porto di Tricase è veramente a due passi, anche se sempre molto affollata è vivibilissima. Si deve comunque prendere la macchina per vedere qualsiasi altra spiaggia . Ci sono comunque due ristoranti ( il ristorante appena sotto la proprietà con ottima frittura di pesce), un bar e un alimentari con prodotti per la casa e ottimi panini. Per viaggi con bambini ottimo posto. Siamo stati molto bene

La casa è grande , fresca , non mancava nulla . Disponibilità da parte della proprietaria . È vicina a una strada un po trafficata . Tutto il resto perfetto

Vorrei ma non posso….

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4, in quella che credevamo essere un piano terra con giardino ma che poi è stato un seminterrato, nell’ultima settimana di giugno. Purtroppo le condizioni di vivibilità della casa non sono state ottimali: molta umidità percepibile negli ambienti e poca luminosità, testimoniate anche dalla presenza costante di limacce/lumaconi e millepiedi a pallina, che ci costringevano a tenere le finestre chiuse, impedendoci di areare i locali. La nostra unica fortuna è stata quella di avere gli amici al piano di sopra, ragion percui abbiamo potuto godere a cena del terrazzo di loro pertinenza. Vicinissima la spiaggetta di sabbia e comodo per la presenza di bar e localini. Impossibile gestire la questione rifiuti, nonostante il nostro impegno nella differenziazione, perché non sempre venivano ritirati.

Fijn huis, dicht bij de zee en gezellig haventje.

Schoon en groot huis. Helaas ontbreken er lekkere ligstoelen en de wifi was slecht. Maar verder was het een heel fijn huis. Tricasa Porto is een klein plaatsje, met lekkere restaurantjes, een bar voor je cappuccino 's morgens de de dolce, een hele kleine supermarkt, een mooi haventje waar je vooral 's morgens vroeg veel activiteiten hebt van de vissers die terugkomen of boten die te water worden gelaten. Het was er fijn. In de omgeving: Gallipoli, Lecce, Otranto en de kustwegen waren leuk te rijden. Het binnenland is niet mooi.

Abbiamo alloggiato 10gg (19-29/08) nell’ appartamento al piano inferiore. Molto spazioso, ampie tutte le stanze, l’alloggio è ben curato, pulito e ha tutto ciò che serve. Noi abbiamo 2 bimbi (quasi 5 anni la bimba, 2 anni e mezzo il bimbo), che hanno sfruttato alla grande lo spazio esterno. Ottima la doccia fuori dagli alloggi, utilissima al rientro dal mare !!! L’alloggio prevede 2 stanze da letto, la matrimoniale decisamente grande, con bagno annesso, anch’esso molto grande. L’altra comunque ampia. Il secondo bagno è più essenziale, ma c’è tutto (lavatrice compresa). La vicinanza al mare è sicuramente un punto a favore, si attraversa la strada e si arriva in 3 minuti ! Unica nota stonata è il rumore delle auto e talvolta della musica proveniente dal vicino bar; se si tengono chiuse le imposte il rumore si riduce decisamente , ma non essendoci l’aria condizionata (specie se le notti sono calde e umide), non è possibile tenere chiuso ... quindi il rumore si sente !!! Ci sono cmq due ventilatori (uno x camera), che ci hanno aiutato nei momenti più caldi (vi assicuro che la casa è molto fresca e ventilata e si sta molto bene). Posto auto compreso all’interno della struttura, ottimo !!! Lo consiglierei volentieri !!!!!

Una splendida posizione

L'appartamento è molto ampio, pulito, fresco e ben attrezzato. Il cortile interno, molto ben tenuto, permette sia di vivere la casa all'esterno, sia di parcheggiare l'auto senza problemi. La proprietà si trova in un punto pittoresco di Tricase Porto, in una posizione ideale per chi ama gli scogli; chi preferisce la spiaggia può raggiungere le località balneari nei pressi di Otranto e quelle oltre Leuca. La posizione è inoltre ideale per visitare varie località del Salento. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Maison Propre proche de la mer avec grand extérieur

A quelques pas de la mer et du port, supérettes et restaurants sur place, maison très grande avec bel extérieur. En revanche, je regrette des fenêtres mieux isolées car beaucoup de bruits la nuits, de plus je rajouterai un barbecue ou plancha, cafetière et je changerai les ustensiles de cuisines qui sont très usés. Je reste néanmoins satisfaite de ma location par rapport au lieu qui est très agréable.

località deliziosa, un piccolo borgo tranquillo e ospitale. Bianca sul mare 2 è una dimora sobria, elegante, con un bel giardino e due graziosi porticati dove è stato bello pranzare e rilassarsi. A due passi, ma veramente solo due, c'è il mare cristallino di Tricase Porto. Le proprietarie sono state gentili, discrete, disponibili. E' stato carino trovare al nostro arrivo un cesto di frutta e tarallini locali. Ne abbiamo già nostalgia, torneremo.

La casa è in una posizione splendida per vacanze al mare o come base per visitare il bellissimo Salento. Ha un affaccio su giardino, a due passi (veramente due passi!) dal mare, dai ristoranti, dal bar e dal piccolo negozio di alimentari di Tricase Porto. L'appartamento ha stanze pulitissime e fresche, è dotato di ogni comfort grazie anche alla squisita attenzione che la sua proprietaria, Sig.ra Daniella, ha per i suoi ospiti. Una vacanza di assoluto relax!

La casa biaca un incanto tra giardino e mare!

La casa è ampia, spaziosa, ben arredata e fresca. Si attraversa la strada e si arriva al villaggio dei pescatori e a pochi passi si possono fare i bagni. I proprietari sono gentili, premurosi e forniscono informazioni utili. Posto incantevole per rilassarsi e trascorrere giornate tra il mare e le bellezze naturali!

Confotevole e completo di tutto!

L'alloggio rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione e le foto presenti sul sito. Le stanze sono spaziose e ben arredate, dotate di tutti i confort per un soggiorno tranquillo e spensierato. Il giardino è davvero fantastico, molto spazioso e ben tenuto. La posizione è a dir poco perfetta, in quanto attraversando la via si è già in spiaggia. Le proprietarie sono gentili e disponibili, molto attente ma assolutamente discrete. Lo consiglio vivamente!
