"Mareblù" is a splendid cottage facing the Franchina property in one of the most beautiful stretches of cliffs in Salento.
In a naturalistic oasis, known for the salt routes and surrounded only by the sea, the cliff and stone trulli.
the Franchina is made up of a total of 3 cottages.
Mareblù has a double bedroom, small bathroom with toilet, shower and window; living room with table and chairs, where you can add an extra bed.
What makes it particularly pleasant is the enchanting exclusive covered veranda, equipped with: bbq, table for 4, rocking chair, sun loungers, shower. This is the real living room where you spend almost all the time.
The sea view, needless to say, is superb.
The rustic garden sloping down to the cliff between holm oaks and ancient olive trees offers wonderful shady corners for relaxation. Here there is another large seafront terrace but in common, equipped with a wood oven, barbecue, sunbeds, hammocks, The coast in front, a few tens of meters away is rocky, but the sea easily accessible through old paths called in dialect ' Mazzacane ',' varchicedda "," Scalamasciu ".

Fantastic stay in Corsano. Exceeded our best expectations. Peaceful with truly incredible views. Cottage/trullo is clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen (stovetop, panini press, bbq). Consider arriving prepared to eat in your first night, so you can relax and enjoy after a long day of travel! We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful area, and our stay, and look forward to returning! Idyllic Getaway

We spent 3 lovely days at this beautiful little coastal cottage. The views from the outside terrace are stunning. Although basic, the cottage is comfortable and clean and excellent value for money. Hope to stay again in the near future.

Paradise on the Adriatic coast

The views from the cottage are really beautiful and will be a guarantee for a relaxing holiday. The terraces are very nice to sit and overlook the sea. We really enjoyed the peaceful area. The cottages are simple and do have everything you need. Bruno is very helpful to make the holiday even better.

Cosy villa with a stunning view

The villa is very cosy, calm and clean. It is well equiped and comfortable. The location is amazing, calm, beautiful view on the sea, swimming pool with a view. We had incredible vacation there. Bruno is a very nice host too, easy to contact and available if needed. I highly recommand this place

Terrace with a view

If you are looking for an out of the way, quiet place with a great sea view then this spot is for you. The kitchen is well equipped with a small seating area but you will probably spend most of your time on the terrace. The bedroom is fine but the bathroom is pretty small.

Quite and relaxing stone house at the ocean

We had a wonderful stay in Corsano! Enjoyed sunny (and some cloudy) and relaxing mornings on the terrace and walks along the rocky coast. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Especially the kitchen was well equipped and every house had their own barbecue. Bruno was a great host, he gave us recommendations for the region and was always reachable if we had questions. All of the above made our stay feel even more homey and comfortable! We would love to return, maybe next time in June! 5 out of 5!

An idyllic spot with a surprising amount of kitchenware! Really helpful, friendly owners. It should be noted that it is a long way from any shops, so it's advisable to stop off at a supermarket on your way to the property. We found Supermercado Familia just outside Tricase was good - there may be nearer ones but impossible to find out! We would have found it helpful to have some information on local amenities (supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, days out etc) which many properties leave in a folder. Well designed to make best use of the space, and nice private area outside. We definitely want to return.

Last week in August

Lovely position and attractive property. Expecting it to be small and part of three sharing pool etc, so no surprises there. Some items now showing age, eg towels and electrics!! Suspect plugs and more info on how hot water heater works would have been useful. An information folder/file would have been useful detailing the property and location/shopping etc that is usually found in rental properties would have been nice. Overall it wasn’t enough to spoil what was a lovely time in a beautiful location. Thank you Livia (& Bruno).

Schon am Morgen die Sonne am Frühstückstisch

Für vier Tage waren wir zu Gast in der Ferienwohnung. Diese war wohnlich eingerichtet und dekoriert. Alles was zum kochen und essen gebraucht wurde, war da. Schön eingerichtet war auch die Terrasse, die dann auch schon zum Frühstück von uns genutzt wurde. Von Anfang an, also schon vor der Reise, war die Kontaktaufnahme mit Bruno da und erklärend. Bruno war ein netter Gastgeber, da wenn man ihn brauchte, freundlich vom Wesen und Auftreten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der wunderschön an der Adira gelegenen Wohnung genossen, sowohl das Ambiente als auch die Aussicht. Aber der Clou war der Pool. Jeden morgen säuberte Bruno den sowieso gefilterten Pool mit einem Kescher. Das Wasser war so gerade eben geklort, kühler als die Adria und klar und frisch wie ein Bergsee. Zuerst, wenn man hineinging, war es kalt. Dann aber angenehm frisch und ich genoss lange in ihm dümpelnd die tolle Aussicht. Jeden Tag. Gerade in heissen Tagen ist er ein Geschenk. Das mehrmals als klein beschrieben Bad war auch klein. Aber man kommt gut zurecht, wenn man sich darauf einlässt. Und die Dusche war warm mit ausreichendem Druck. Das ist wichtiger. Abtrocknen kann man sich auch im Zwischengang. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Aufenhalt, der mit dem super schönen Wetter auch noch unvergesslich bleiben wird.

A piece of paradise

We stayed at Bruno’s for 4 nights and wished we could have stayed another week. The place is idyllic, very quiet, beautiful views and just a few minutes stroll down to secluded access to the sea inbetween the rocks (only the locals know about it, absolutely outstanding snorkelling). The flat is small but completely fine for two people and it has all the basics you need. We cooked in a night and ate by the pool. another night we took their recommendation and ate at Cozze e gin, the most incredible seafood meal at reasonable price in tricase. Bruno and his daughter had loads of recommendations (Livia sent a detailed email with info on everything you could think of), all very good, that we tried. Will most definitely be back, there’s loads to explore in the area. A fantastic stay!

posizione eccezionale ma poco curata la casa

io e mio marito abbiamo appesa passato una settimana in questa splendida proprietà , per chi cerca tranquillità è l'ideale, purtroppo però siamo rimasti delusi dalla scarsa cura dell'abitazione : stoviglie scarse e non pulite , biancheria terribile (lenzuola e asciugamani vecchi) , le maniglie porte esano rumorose e rovinate, letto preparato con lenzuola consumate direttamente su materasso a nudo (senza coprimaterasso), il pergolato sul terrazzino esterno era bucato in diversi punti ed entrava acqua , tutto lasciato molto al caso. VERAMENTE UN PECCATO !! Sicuramente un miglioramento nella cura e manutenzione (necessaria!) della casa e degli esterni giustificherebbe la richiesta del prezzo settimanale......

Credo che a volte quando si va in vacanza bisognerebbe leggere meglio gli annunci.Quando sull'annuncio è specificato ARREDAMENTO SEMPLICE ED ESSENZIALE si dovrebbe capire subito di cosa si tratta.Maniglie rumorose??.stoviglie scarse(io abito nella proprietà e subito dopo l'arrivo ho chiesto se avevano bisogno o mancava qualcosa),lenzuola consumate (bè può capitare che sia sfuggito ;la lavanderia ce le consegna sigillate),pergolato dove piove in qualche punto(siamo in una riserva regionale e nulla è permesso di fare,purtroppo i pergolati ammessi sono solo di canne e purtroppo non sono impermeabili.Alla franchina deve venire chi ama il mare,la sua posizione eccezionale che permette di scendere a piedi e fare il bagno,la sua piscinetta frontemare.Il suo soggiorno non è quello interno(semplice ed essenziale) ma la sua splendida veranda dove si trascorre quasi tutto il tempo.In casa si va per dormire e cucinare.Letto preparato con lenzuola consumate e senza coprimaterasso(non sporche o materasso sporco,stiamo parlando di un trullo con arredamento semplice ed essenziale in una riserva naturale),maniglie rumorose poi secondo me non merita risposta.Io comunque ero li e ho chiesto più volte se andava tutto bene e la risposta è sempre stata tutto ok.Il costo poi se troppo caro o no lo stabilisce il mercato.consiglierei poi di vedere la recensione di Helga,l'ospite che ha lasciato lo stesso appartamento una settimana prima cordialmente bruno

Un angolo di paradiso

Un angolo di paradiso tra mare, cielo, roccia, piante, cicale.. la doccia all'aperto sotto la luna piena, il mare e gli scogli a cinque minuti, la casetta piccola, accogliente e colorata con tutto il necessario. Lo spazio esterno un 10 ! Umidità e zanzare in quantità sono l'unico neo, ma fa parte del gioco. Bruno accogliente, disponibile, gentile e simpatico. Ideale per staccare la spina e godersi la pace. Un luogo che rimarrà nel cuore.
