Great location

Very nice and clean place with everything you need and a very short walk to the beach and restaurants/café bars. Very nice back patio and bbq . Catrina was amazing and very helpful when we called her for info . We would stay here again when we come back.

Casa Catarina is excellent!! It’s got everything you need equipped kitchen. Lots of towels. It’s clean and Dona Catarina is very helpful !! I definitely recommend!! I’m hoping to go back !

A wonderful time was had by all. Our host Catarina was lovely. She helped us out and advised us on a few points. Our accommodation was pristine if not a bit noisy during the day but quieted at night. We loved the location. We could walk to the beach and local bars and restaurants within 5 minutes. So relaxing and fun!

Catarina is awesome, super helpful and takes care of her tenants like it’s her family. She was really kind and brought us fans the day of our arrival since the property doesn’t have AC (which was not a big deal given the climate in the Azores is perfect! The house has plenty of towels, is family friendly and has a great backyard for hanging out at night. The only, and it really is the only, downfall is the level of noise on the street. It wasn’t bad after a few days (we got used to it!). Catarina also was incredible for organizing our car rental for us! Thank you again Catarina and hope to see you in the Azores again soon!

A casa está muito bem recuperada, tem todas as comodidades necessárias. A proprietária foi extremamente disponível e simpática. A limpeza estava impecável e as camas eram confortáveis. A única coisa menos positiva é o facto de as janelas estarem mesmo junto à estrada e ouve-se bastante o trânsito durante a noite. A casa está bem localizada perto do centro de são roque e a cerca de 3 km do centro de Ponta Delgada.

Nous avons été mis à l’aise et les recommandations données ont été très appréciées. La maison est proche de la plage et d’un bon petit restaurant ! A noter que le bruit des motocross peut gêné mais je pense qu’il s’agit d’un fléau sur l’île. Couchage ferme.

La maison est conforme à la description. Nous y avons séjourné 2 semaines à 5 personnes (dont 3 enfants). La maison est confortable, spacieuse et extrêmement propre. Propriétaire très réactive : à notre arrivée, nous avons demandé un étendoir pour faire sécher le linge à l'intérieur de la maison et elle nous en a livré un neuf dès le lendemain. Possibilité de se garer très facilement à côté de la maison. Plage de sable noir à quelques minutes à pied seulement. Maison très bien située pour rayonner dans toute l'île.

Tudo de acordo com o esperado. D. Catarina muito simpática e atenciosa, moradia muito bem equipada, limpa e acolhedora. Pena algum ruido do exterior durante a noite (ruído de veículos e motas), mas são situações alheias à D. Catarina que tudo fez para nos sentirmos em casa pois são incontroláveis pela mesma. No entanto mesmo assim recomendo imenso este alojamento pois dispõe de tudo o que precisamos para umas boas férias, como foi o caso. Caso volte novamente, com certeza será um lugar a ter em conta. Check in was seamless, Catarina is absolutely lovely and gave us some great tips. House was clean, lots of towels and amenities. Noise on street was unbearable and due to no A/C had to leave the windows open, other than that house was great for families. We enjoyed our stay- thank you!
