Excellent Location For a Reasonable Price

Lovely spot near the top of a hill. 10-15 Min walk to old town. Large windows which open wide to give view of the town and the sea. Easy walk to the Marina as well. Lots of room for up to 4 friendly people. Very enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.

Great View

We stayed for 6 weeks in January and February. Unit was clean and well maintained. All amenities needed for a long stay are included. One of the best views in Albufeira. Abundant parking available at the time of our visit. Beware of long uphill walks to return back to unit from beach or restaurants. The only area of improvement is that all furniture appears to be from IKEA.

Perfect Oceanview

The apartment is very well situated with an absolutely amazing oceanview. The apartment is well equipped, clean, has portable heaters for the cooler, damp days we were there and is in a safe, accessible area....although very uphill at the end of those long active days! 😀 Just an FYI, the listing when we read it said there is a hot tub and there is not. No biggie for us, but could be a deal breaker for someone else. Sandrine, the property manager, was extremely courteous and easy to deal with. She was there to greet us and to say goodbye and really helpful with all of our questions. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Great view, decent accommodation

Spectacular view and well laid out space. The pictures online make it look a little "fresher" that it actually is. Kitchen is well used and tired looking and in need of some upgrading. Linens were not what we'd expected based on images. The two bath towels were very small and we had only one hand towel. Sheets were very basic and not very comfy as were the two worn pillows on the bed. Be aware that the place doesn't come with any extra supplies. We got one roll of toilet paper and one kitchen garbage bag for a 10 day stay. When I enquired about this I was told that this was not a hotel. To purchase a box of kitchen bags and toilet paper which both come in larger quantities is in my opinion, ridiculous for two people for just over a week. This place has huge potential but needs some refreshing and some policy changes especially with the nightly rate they charge. No one wants to be unaware that there is no extra toilet paper and run out! There is also a long uphill hike to get to the place from the beach but that's why the view is so spectacular!

Très joli appartement très fonctionnel. Le lit double d'une des chambres est très grinçant et pas confortable mais apparemment il va être changé. Lappart est proche de la plage et d'une superette, pratoque pour faire quelques courses. Nos 2 hôtes français Nathan et Jessica sont justes adorables, vraiment !! Merci pour tout nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille.
