A lovely apartment

The apartment was very nice. With the high temperatures the Airco was very pleasant. Kitchen bedroom en bathroom are clean. The beach is very close by and not very busy. Communication with the owners was perfect.

Notre séjour s'est passé à la perfection. L'appartement est à 100 mètres de la plage et bien desservi par le bus. Tatiana était toujours disponible en cas de besoin.

Toller Urlaub in einer schönen Ferienwohnung

Lage: Toscolano Maderno liegt auf der westlichen Seite des Gardasees und ist touristisch nicht so überlaufen. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Fähre auf die östliche Seite ist gut zu erreichen, um auch dort alle Sehenswürdigkeiten besichtigen zu können. In nur wenigen Gehminuten ist man am Strand (Badeschuhe mitbringen, wie überall Kies-/Steinstrand). Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist relativ klein, verfügt aber über alle Dinge, die man für einen Urlaub zu Zweit benötigt. Sogar eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Die Waschmaschine konnte umsonst genutzt werden. Zur Wohnung gehört ein kleiner Garten mit Liegestühlen. Ein PKW-Parkplatz steht auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung. Mitgebrachte Fahrräder können ebenfalls gut abgestellt werden. Wir haben die Wohnung top sauber übernommen. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter Tatjana und Roberto sind sehr nett und stehen immer für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir haben viele Tipps zu Ausflügen und Restaurants erhalten. Sogar ein kleines Abschiedsgeschenk wurde uns überreicht :) Also, insgesamt ein super toller Urlaub am Gardasee

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir wurden in der Ferienwohnung sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung selbst ist gemütlich eingerichtet, angenehm ruhig im Erdgeschoss gelegen mit separatem Eingang. Außerdem bestand die Möglichkeit, vor der FeWo den Gartenbereich zu nutzen und unser Auto hatte einen schattigen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung und bedanken uns beim Vermieter.

Toller Strand und ganz viel See...

Alles war wie beschrieben . Sehr schön sauber und ordentlich. Für einen Strandurlaub ist die Lage hervorragend - nur wenige Meter bis zu einem sehe schönen Strand . Der Ort und Restaurants ist leider ca 30 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und gibt auch nicht sonderlich viel dort zu erleben. Vielen Dank für alles:)

Entspannter Urlaub am See

Eine gräumige Ferienwohnung, komplett ausgestattet, mit Garten, nur 200 m vom Strand. Die Gastgeber angenehm zurückhaltend, bei den Begegnungen äußerst herzlich. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Prima!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Sie liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Privathauses abseits von den Touristenmassen, was angenehm war. Sie hat einen schönen Garten und es ist alles da, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Prima ist auch der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Der Check in war sehr unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit Tatiana war sehr nett.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich, die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war bestens. Alles war vorbereitet, auch der unkomplizierte Schlüsselempfang. Der hauseigene Stellplatz ist Gold wert. Die Wohnung hat alles, der Garten mit Olivenbäumen davor Liegestühle und einen Tisch. Gleich am Strand (3min) gibt es ein Restaurant mit Fischspezialitäten, etwas weiter entfernt eins mit gehobener Qualität und besten Bewertungen. Ein rundrum schöner Aufenthalt, vielen Dank an Tatiana und Roberto!

erholsamer Urlaub, schöne Unterkunft

Eine nette kleine Wohneng für zwei Personen, im Erdgeschoß einen Wohnhauses. Dazu gehört ein kleiner Garten mit Tisch, Stühlen und 2 Liegen; wo man ganz in Ruhe relaxen kann. Sehr wertvoll ist der PKW-Stellplatz im Grundstück. Der ganz in der Nähe befindliche Strand ist ein HUNDESTRAND! Wer es nicht so "geruchsintensiv" mag, nimmt einen 10 Minuten Spaziergang in Kauf und ist an einem schönen, quirligen Strand mit Liegewiesen und viel Platz, wie es am See nur wenige gibt. Die Papierfabrik nebenan stört kaum, ansonsten gibt es auch Verkehrsgeräusche bis Glockenläuten, aber alles in normalem Geräuschpegel. Für uns war es ein schöner, erholsamer Urlaub!

Entspannen am Gardasee

Wir sind abends in Toscolano angekommen, da wurden wir sehr freundlich von unserer Vermieterin Tatiana begrüßt! Man hätte den Schlüssel auch mit einem Zahlenschloss holen können! Tatiana hat sehr gut deutsch gesprochen! Die Ferienwohnung war genauso wie auf den Bildern! Schöne große Küche mit Gasherd, Kühlschrank, Eisfach, sowie ein Sofa und einen Fernseher! Die gesamte Wohnung war absolut sauber und aufgeräumt! Die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert! Tatiana war eine ganz tolle Vermieterin, wir hatten sogar eine Flasche Wein geschenkt bekommen! Ich durfte sie alles Fragen und bekam immer zügig eine Antwort! Wir haben gefragt, ob wir eventuell Grillen dürften und prompt nachmittags hätten wir sogar einen Grill bei uns auf der Terrasse!;-) Sie hat uns z.B. bei der Restaurantsauswahl geholfen, guten Metzger etc.! Das Haus mit einem wunderschön blühenden Garten ist im mediterranen Stil gebaut, Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück und elektrischen Tor! Zum See ist es nur 200m mit Strandabschnitt einfach nur schön! Insgesamt waren es wunderschöne Tage und wir wollen auf jedenfall wieder zu Tatiana und ihrem Mann! Auch der Ort Toscolano Maderno hat einiges zu bieten! Von schicken Restaurants wo man von oben auf den Hafen gucken kann bis Stand Up Paddeling ist alles machbar! Im Nachbarort haben wir uns sogar ein Boot ausleihen können mit 40PS ohne Führerschein! Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr saubere kleine Wohnung für zwei Personen. Alles was man braucht ist vor Ort. Leider liegt die Wohnung etwas abgelegen vom Ortskern. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr netter Kontakt.

Immer wieder gerne!
