"Eleni" is a Villa built on the sea front of the quiet and relaxing old village of Alykanas, located 15 km north of Zakynthos town, that promises to make your holiday in Greece a cozy and unforgettable experience.

The center of the village is 1.5 km away with more than a dozen restaurants, bars, supermarket and everything you will need during your stay there.
A balcony that overlooks the Ionian Sea will offer you lovely moments of relaxation in a calm and comfortable environment. “Villa Eleni" is a 70 meter walk to the sandy Xehoriatis beach, pictures of which are provided within the listing. There is also a nice cafe/bar/breakfast restaurant next door to the house which can cater to your needs.

This Villa has all the amenities for a family holiday or couples gateway and it offers a stylish but yet traditional environment.
The lovely court yard at ground level welcomes you to the property. It provides a big barbecue facility and an outside shower/ WC.

Going up the stairs on the right you will reach the property’s entrance. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances, all necessary utensils a spacious dining- family area (Satellite LCD TV provided). Through the corridor there are two bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with sofa beds/lounge, 2 bathrooms with shower and bath facilities as well as a laundry hall with a washing machine and separate dryer.
Taking the stairs up to the second floor you will find two double bedrooms and the last bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. All rooms are air-conditioned.
A few steps will lead you to the magnificent balcony where you will find a dining area, lounge chairs and fantastic views.

The wider area can offer a variety of outdoor activities like horse back riding and water sports as well as boat transportation to popular touristic sites like Ship wreck and Blue Caves.

From a booking of 7 days there is an intermediate cleaning with linen and towel change.

Any extra cleaning is on request and against fee.
