    The apartment is lovely with good amenities in kitchen, comfortable living room and spacious balconies. It is ideal for visiting Cadiz, Sanlucar, Jerez and you can walk along the local sandy beach for hours!

    Comfortable well equipped apartment on second floor (there is a lift). Quiet location overlooking golf course. Large terrace with great sunset views, but no sun until after 4pm as north facing. Very secure gated development with underground parking. Shame swimming pool is shut when it’s still 30degrees! Huge beach only 5 minutes walk. One café about 10/15 minutes walk. Car required for supermarket. Perfect place for a quiet late summer break and exploring the region.

    Maravillosa estancia

    Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa, increible. El apartamento esta ubicado en una urbanización de lujo. Dispone de piscina, zona verde, sombrillas, árboles, pistas de padel, ping pong, parking ... Es una zona tranquila a 5 minutos andando de la playa y a 2minutos en coche de la carretera que va a Rota y Chipiona. El apartamento es muy cómodo y acogedor. Tiene de todo. Es tal y como aparece en las fotos. Las vistas una maravilla. Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa. Si volvemos a Cádiz intentaremos alojarnos allí sin ninguna duda.

    Agradable con algunas cosas a mejorar

    El apartamento está muy bien decorado, es agradable y es como dice el anuncio y sale en las fotos, salvo en dos aspectos: - La distancia a la playa, que se describe como de pocos metros, es de unos 10 minutos andando. - En cuanto a los toldos, la terraza es en forma de L, y en el lado en el que están la mesa y las sillas no hay toldo, por lo que en cuanto empieza a dar el sol no se puede estar, se puede desayunar pero comer no . Para pasar la mesa y las sillas al otro ala de la terraza, hay que hacerlo por el salón, ya que el paso entre las dos alas es estrecho y no caben. Es un tanto complicado por tanto. Y en el otro ala, hay un toldo de los que salen horizontales al suelo, pero en el frente no hay o no funciona, porque esta la barra para échalo pero no sale. En definitiva, las terrazas se calientan mucho y el salón también. Por la tarde no hay quien esté allí. Otro aspecto que creo que habría que mejorar es que no hay persiana en la ventana de la habitación ni cortina tupida, solo un visillo, por lo que la luz te despierta muy temprano. No he podido dormir todo lo que me hubiera gustado. Y por último, he echado de menos trapos de cocina, y solo había una sartén que estuviera bien, las demás estaban muy viejas, para no utilizarlas. La urbanización está muy bien, una buena piscina (aunque cierra al mediodía) y muchas zonas verdes.

    Hemos pasado unos días preciosos, el apartamento es mejor de lo que expresan las fotografías. Limpieza máxima, muebles confortables, decoración acogedora.     Nos hemos alojado en este apartamento en el puente de Mayo. El apartamento es perfecto para máximo 4 personas. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar agusto. Hemos estado desayunando todos los días viendo a la gente jugar al golf, un lujazo. Y la playa está al lado. Manolo muy atento.
